In birth_events, there are higher chances for some ethnicities to have certain congenital traits. I think Ibbenese characters should have a higher chance of being strong and being dwarfs. They are described as short, but heavy and broad-shouldered and broad-chested.

Ibbenese are not standard humans, they're basically Neanderthals, like Brindled Men are more or less Homo Erectus )or some other more ape-like Hominid) and dwarf would mean they would be particularly short compared to other Ibbenese. As for hybrids, they're already very likely not to survive, and if they do there's a big chance of them becoming dwarfs or hunchbacks already.

Oh, I know about the hybrids (it's literally in the same event I mentioned in the OP). But the info we have on Ibbenese needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It comes from a Westerosi maester, who can be assumed to have some medieval racist views. After all, several characters in the books are said to be partially Ibbenese, while being completely healthy.

That's a slippery slope though. Obviously the Westerosi don't know the whole truth, but if you start questioning everything you might as well remove Essos from the mod. Are the Thousand Islanders really green skinned aquaphobes? Do the Jogos Nhai really bind their skulls so they're coneheads? Is Assha'i really covered by perpetual shadow, and everyone is forced to wear masks all the time? Etc.
As for the Ibbenese specifically, I've read that it is believed the Skagosi have Ibbenese blood in them. It is possible, after all. The way the mod handles the Giants, Ibbenese, and Brindled Men is that offspring is possible, but because you're dealing with non-human genes you get characters that are mostly infertile and likely deformed, if not simply stillborn. But I've had some grandchildren of Ibbenese and Brindled Men in my games before, after the first generation it just becomes an interesting origin.
