Can someone help out? I'd like to have some pointers on how to start creating my own sub-mods, so it would be great if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance frens!

I have a template I use to make warrior societies, or at least change one of the existing ones to a new one. I have made warrior societies for Crannogmen (the Bog Devils), the Skagosi (the Stoneborn) one for the Followers of Bakkalon, the Qohorik, Rhoynar and Asshaii. Its a super simple template that is easy to change, I made one with the Dornish that you can use as an example and can "reverse engineer" if you want to change it. Hope it helps! www.dropbox.com/sh/xbn1yjt0g3dz361/AAATfTzYBIlDYjYOITQqHfVZa?dl=0

Sure thing! I have a bunch, but some of them I remember didn't work as intended, so ill share the ones that do work at least. The Dornish Warrior society was the simplest one, but these next ones have a bit more features, and they need "More Bloodlines" to work. Link to More Bloodlines here if you're not already using it: More Bloodlines
These mods are meant to be used one at a time, not together. I use the same template for each of them, so you cant have several mods where the warrior societies overwrite each other. Every time I made a warrior society I replaces the Free Folk, since I don't care that much about the Wildlings. Agot Crannogmen
A warrior society for the Crannogmen called "the Bog Devils" has replaced the "Free Folk". House Reed sigil that looks like the shows version (just a personal preference). A forgeable Valyrian frog spear called "Marshspear". A unique building for Greywater Watch making it very difficult to siege (to try to emulate how difficult it would be to find it in the bogs of the Neck). And an added crackpot theory about Jyana Reed, is she who she says she is? AGOT House MagnarBloodlines for House Magnar, Crowl and Stane, all strong and cruel. Decisions for every family to make their own armor with colored tartans. Hagen Magnar has a harpoon as a weapon in the a Clash of Kings and A feast for Crows bookmarks. A Skagosi Warrior Society called "the Stoneborn" has replaced the "Free Folk". More settlements added for Kingshouse. These next Mods have a new Dynasty and Bloodline, but they are not given Counties or Duchies at the beginning, I made them for custom rulers (using the House customizer to add them to the dynasty I created). AGOT Lamb MenA new Dynasty and Bloodline for a Lhazareen character, Shaal Straram (called "Chainbreaker") a former pit fighter that now fights against slavery. He has an artifact at the start, the helmet he used as a fighter in the Pits of Meereen. A Warrior society called "the Red Lambs" has replaced the Free Folk. AGOT MantarysAdds a new Dynasty in Mantarys called Monestrys, a noble house with the Blood of the Conjoined Dragon. A Warrior Society called "the True Sons of Valyria" replaces the Free Folk. Added settlements for Mantarys.

You could combine them by going into the files and replacing the other warrior societies with the ones you want. The reason I used the finnish one for everyone was to make it easy for myself. The Crannogmen or the Rhoynar don't really need a warrior society in the game if I'm playing as a Skagosi. In my headcanon they might have warrior societies, but most of the world probably doesn't know or care about what the Crannogmen, Lhazareen and Skagosi are up to in their isolated comunities You can use the files to reverse engineer the process, at least it shows which files are needed to change the existing warrior societies. For recruitment you just need to change the required culture (or you can swap in religion). I'm not really a modder, I just use trial and error and see what works, so I don't really know how to expand the list of societies.

Not a modded either but you can download the warrior societies mod for ck2 and compare how they added more warrior lodges.from what I can see they added cultures to the files like Christians.so basically all you gota do is make the changes and blamo you can add more warrior lodges
