So awhile ago a guy created a mod which allows any king-tier character to turn a castle or town barony into a military command (i.e. Moat Cailin or Five Forts). However, they did not allow the ability for the county capital (thus barring count-tier military commands), with the exception of islands with only one holding. I want to change that so that ANY county holding can be made into a military command. If anyone could look at the mod below and tell me what I need to add/remove/adjust to allow me to do that, I’d appreciate it. The parameters are in the text file in the ‘Decisions’ folder. You should be able to look at the text file via Github without downloading anything if you don't want to. github.com/howlinweed/AGOT-MMC

No luck, unfortunately. The decision disappears altogether for any holding when that line is commented out.
