Westeros once had alot more kingdoms and kings before wars, marriages and ect whittled it down to seven. While some of these Kings dynasties became extinct (House Fisher) or exiled (House Mudd) some still hold their families traditional seats of power only now as vassals. This mod is an acknowledgment of that heritage. AGOT Petty Kings adds a decision (intrigue menu) for members of certain dynasties after winning independence to declare themselves Kings! (essentially this allows them to create a titular kingdom without the need of two duchy titles). The AI is also able to use this decision. These Houses were picked from research on the asoiaf wiki
Requirements: To enable the decision the player must be holding the traditional title and be of the dynasty. (For Example to become the Redking one must be a Bolton and have the Dreadfort as their primary title)
Will not work with Shattered Realms only available after winning independence
Redking and Marsh King
Houses that have the Decision:
North: House Bolton, House Dustin, House Reed (There were a few more houses in the North that had once been kings compare to the other kingdoms, i was debating adding them and worried it'd make the North very unstable. I will add the houses though if anyone wants them (House Glover, Flint, Slate and Umber))
Vale: House Royce, House Sunderland, House Corbray
Riverlands: House Blackwood, House Bracken, House Mooton (become duke of Bay of Crabs first), House Vance
Westerlands: House Farman and House Banefort (become duke of the Crag first)
Reach: House Hightower and House Redwyne
Stormlands: House Massey and House Tarth
Dorne: House Dayne, House Blackmont, House Fowler, House Yronwood
*Iron Islands had kings elected in Kingsmoot so there weren't any that fit this mods goal*

PS: Just a tip if you use the decision right after winning (when you have the "We have won our struggle for Independence") those next to you that had join the rebellion will become your new vassals
