Sorry if i've not been clear but english is not my first language

Your English is great and perfectly understandable, no worries about that!
About the bug you're having, I sometimes have it when playing a game... Like recently, I was having both the empire-level titles for the Rock and the Riverlands. Then, I created the kingdom of the Vale. Suddenly, the kingdom of the Vale became my primary title (without doing anything special but creating it) and I was unable to switch back to either empire-level title because "when you switch your primary title it must be at the same level than the current primary title". What I did was quit the game, restart the game, reload a save right before creating the kingdom of the Vale and the bug did not happen again. Have you tried this?
Also, sometimes, after a few hours, my primary title will auto-switch at some point and has a buggy behavior, but usually, restarting the game fixes it and is enough is the bug involves titles of the same level.
Keep us posted!
Cheers

Ok i’ll try, even if i have to reload a ten in game-years save ( it was an ai character and i didn’t notice until 10 years after)

I've tried twice, both creating the title myself and waiting for an ai character to create it, and both times it's the same

Yeah, I've been having the same bug on 2.1 in my last game. I've tried to edit the save file to no avail. IIRC, I had the bug in my previous game too but fortunately, I created the Crownlands on the same day (but just before) creating the Iron Throne and that solved the bug; that is, I first got The "Kingdom of the Crownlands" title overriding my current empire titles despite being an Empire title but when I created the "Iron Throne" title (empire level), then my primary title became the "Iron Throne". Hopefully, if I ever create the Iron Throne in my current game then I will be at emperor level again. No idea what's causing this; I may dig in the mod files later.
Update: My primary title changes between the "Kingdom of Crownlands" (kingdom tier) and the "Empire of Dragonstone" (custom title in empire title tier) at succession. Sometimes it's former, sometimes the latter. In any case, this gave me the opportunity to destroy the "Kingdom of the Crownlands" title and I will try to recreate it if I get to cover the whole Iron Throne title at some point.
Update 2: It seems to switch at other moments than succession. As I have just granted away my first kingdom, I cannot afford to be a king anymore. After the last switch from my custom "Empire of Dragonstone" to the "Kingdom of the Crownlands", I switched my primary title to the "Kingdom of Dragonstone" and destroyed the "Kingdom of the Crownlands". I saved and reloaded the save and it had switched back again to the "Empire of Dragonstone". So it seems like a good temporary solution until I either create the "Iron Throne" or want to give away the "Kingdom of the Crownlands"...
