I think there should be an event if you have like somewhere between 10-20 sacrificial count in the game you can use rhllor to try to resurrect a dragon if you have the skulls. Similar to the what the white walker does except instead of making it an undead ice dragon the dragon would be resurrected and it would have a different personality. If stannis was able to do get his hands on a dragon skull and had melissandre revive it than all he would have had to do is tame it and he could win the war.

There hasn't been a single example in the lore of a skeleton without any flesh/muscle being resurrected. R'hllor resurrection in particular doesn't heal injuries done to the corpse. The absolute best case scenario here is that you would have a living disembodied dragon skull.

True True true. I suggested it because I do feel like if the night-king had made it to King's landing than he would have been somehow able to resurrect Balerion and the other dragons. I just thought of something like that so you could potentially be on equal footing. Speaking of which when is that event gonna be added into the game (the white walker/ ice dragon event)? We know it happens in the show. Maybe it will happen in the books or are we just gonna wait for winds of winter before its added so we confirm 100% thats what happens in the books.
