DO NOT USE WITH 2.1.
I plan to go over any remaining issues with 2.1 after the holidays and may update or retire this mod depending on what's needed.
Since the next AGOT release won't be for a while, here's my personal collection of fixes for AGOT 2.0.
Please note that this is unofficial, and not all of these may make it into the next AGOT version or in the same way.
IMPORTANT: if you use ANY other sub-mods and encounter crashes, add "AGOT 2.0 Bugfix" to the dependenciesy list of the other mod's .mod file after "A Game of Thrones".

If you use the More Bloodlines variant, instead add "AGOT 2.0 Bugfix + MB"
This mod won't work right with major submods, including the official Sub-mods, Century of Blood, and Westeros Only.
Changelog
In no particular order:
- The Crown of Winter won't exist twice, instead Robb has a new copy while the Iron Throne keeps the original one
- Hill Clansmen and Moons Clansmen are backwards cultures now
- Crannogmen won't wear Holy Roman Emperor crowns to war
- Blocked the Tyrell name from being used for random persons to stop mercenaries from inheriting the Reach
- Restored the negative_money modifier to prevent a crash, but removed all effects from it
- Fixed the icons of a lot of modifiers
- Made the requirement to hold land inside the kingdom visible for Pentos and Essaria
- Added the Old Andal name for some Braavos lands from the submods
- Made it possible for Old Gods worshipers to marry Mountain Old Gods and vice versa
- Made it harder to convert Thenn, Ibbenese, and Naathi pacifists
- Unreformed Sarnori can actually sail the rivers their society was built around
- Made it so any time you get a hunting dog, you get to name it by adding add_dog_event
- *This also makes it so the cat & dog event always properly fires, and the dog gets a good or bad personality
- New cat owners now get the new cat personality event
- Fixed a strong trait check in troubled_pregnancy_chance_low_effect
- Made it more likely for the main spouse to become a god in the case a religion reforms with a holy family, than a secondary spouse
- Made it impossible for a god to be based on a child or dragon that doesn't exist
- Blackfyres have a chance of wanting a large dragon like Targs do
- Changed the Ibbense congenital event check to check for all ugly, strong, and weak traits
- Helms prevent head wounds depending on how good they are, and armour prevents body wounds.
- Having a hard pregnancy also counts as is_inaccessible_trigger
- The Qoherys dynasty will now remain High Valyrian
- Being adopted can now lead to being insulted as being baseborn
- Being undead can now lead to insults of being a monster/freak/troll
Blinded from age now counts as blinding- Blinded from age can now be insulted as Blind by children
- Changed the rules for asking to employ the Golden Company so a Blackfyre or fAegon can always do so, as can a friend of the holder of the GC
- Slaves can no longer stop their owner from 'visiting their chamber'
- * You can now 'visit' a prisoner who is a traitor, too
- Young Griff actually needs to be a duke at least before he can legitimize himself
- You can now always become a slaver if your culture AND religion allowes this, e.g. being a Rhoynar pirate.
- Lustful and seducer High Valyrians can now also take a polygamous spouse, not just arbitrary and lunatics
- * Said spouse can now also be a heir of a lower tier than yours
- Established seducers/seductresses can seduce even if they don't have the focus
- * Can't seduce if you are incapable or in jail
- * Can't seduce someone who is incapable or not your species, or a prisoner
- * Made it so the uncouth and groomed traits count for AI logic in seduction
- Schemers can now also spy on people if they don't have the intrigue focus
- Hedonists, carousers, and gamers can invite to parties even if they don't have the carousing focus
- Fixed the hard pregnancy trait remaining after birth
- Changed a few father checks in the birth inheritance events to true_father so it will match the real father in case of a cuckold
- Made it so slaves can't use moon tea
- If the Starks take the Iron Throne in the Clash of Kings scenario, the Crown Jewels of the crown now properly transfer to the new king
- Dragons locked in the dragon pit won't move if their owner moves
- Dragon skull artifacts will now be set as title heirlooms
- Feast for Crows scenario: Added some checks to keep Jon a Stark if he takes Stannis' offer.
- AFFC: swapped Dany's options in the Mereneese hostages event to keep the canon option first
- AFFC: prevented Dany from being asked to hold a wedding for the forced weddings
- AFFC: made it so Dany is ripped out of any other war if she declares on the Iron Throne, to prevent this war from failing
- Restored a broken picture in the "Your son is craven" event
- Added the Targ cadet lines to the various High Valyrian events
- Made it so lost crowns of the Iron Throne can be remade in the 'New Crown' event
- * Made it so everyone can wear these crowns since it's in all the portrait GFX now
- Eating a prisoner now checks for kinslayer
- Putting someone in the oubliette now makes THEM stressed or depressed, not the ruler
- The Brindlemen dragon is now a fair dragon, not a fair human
- You can no longer convert the Rhoynar pagans in the Dorne to The Seven
- If forced to choose between your cat and your dragon, you will no longer be able to lose your dragon completely
- Eating someone during a siege now checks for kinslayer
- Lannisters no longer get the Targaryen bloodlines
- The Sunset dragon is now a fair dragon, not a fair human
- Even if Jon is no longer a Stark, the R+L=J events will now be able to work
- * Stark-Targaryen is now a Targaryen cadet line
- Summerhall is restored to the proper duchy, if restored from ruin
- If Longclaw is lost after being given to Jon and found again, it gets the proper info set
- Dawn is added to the list of restorable Valyrian swords, if lost
- The Alchemist's Guild should now always properly get a grandmaster, instead of him sometimes remaining hidden even for members
- The generic cannibal event now checks for kinslayer
- In seduction, blindness now stops you from writing a love letter
- * A blind target can't read the letter now, either
- Fixed the 'Introduce Heir to the Realm' decision so it properly fires more than once
- The dragon skulls held by the Iron Throne are now title heirlooms so will transfer with the crowns
- The holder of the Citadel will automatically become the Grand Maester now
- The Sarne and Upper Rhoyne are now navigatable rivers because WTF would they not be
- Fixed some sea zone checks
- Made the Thousand Islands count as island for pathing
- Reformed YiTi religion now worships The Emperor, not GOD_THE_EMPEROR
- Can no longer endlessly read poetry to a prisoner until they become insane
- Taking the first night now counts to fulfilling the 'Make the Eight' ambition for the liege
- Restored the ability to establish a Household guard as a city (thanks to Mitusonator )
- Fixed various references to the physician role, so health events work with AGOT (thanks to Karl )
- Resolved an issue with Marwyn the Mage not properly getting a flag set and Dany being grateful for his candle
- Fixed a few random validator errors
- Stopped legit bastards from getting the wrong mother set by the setup event
- Set a few more no_wedding_event flags for scenario marriages
- Gave the player the Dany event to give up the Essos lands if she regains Westeros after first becoming Queen of Mereen
- Fixed a skill check in the event where your court physician offers you a potion to make you not depressed
- Repaired the event where a fat mother becomes kind/beloved by family
- MBS only: added a few more checks for MBS artifacts
- Can now properly get more dragon artifacts after killing a dragon, rather than just a dragonbone statue (thanks to Karl)
- Changed the 'two people married without permission' check so you can no longer disinherit anyone you are not actually related to, you can now again only do so for dynasty members and your own children.
- Make the Eight ambition is now more consistent. Sometimes Rhoynar matched Dornish and Crackclawmen or Hill Clansman matched Northmen, now it will always only match Dornish for Dornish and (true) Northman for Northman.
Download
To install, unzip in your mod folder and enable 'AGOT 2.0 Bugfix' alongside the main AGOT mod.
Compatibility
Download for AGOT More Bloodlines 1.9 (use instead of the other one)
Colonizable Valryria (and the MB variant) have been made compatible, download those submod's .mod files again to make sure.
