I noticed that my children never accepted recruit requests to warrior lodges when I had such missions.
In A Game of Thrones\events\hf_warrior_lodge_events.txt there are "is_secret_religious_society_member_trigger" checks at lines 762 and 792.
is_secret_religious_society_member_trigger has had its contents commented out in the mod files, yet still exists in itself (see lines 2751-2753 in A Game of Thrones\common\scripted_triggers\00_scripted_triggers.txt), which I guess makes the call to the trigger return the wrong result, resulting in only the decline option being available?
Commenting out lines 762 and 792 resolved the issue, and made it possible for children to accept recruitment requests.

For safety's sake I checked the rest of the game files for calls to is_secret_religious_society_member_trigger as they might also cause issues, but am happy to report that there were none (except one that only happens when you get kicked out of a secret religious society, so it will never occur in the mod anyway).
