Any way to make a character gift a VS sword to someone else?

So I appointed the Velaryons LPs of Braavos and used console commands to make the brother of my LP the new lord of Driftmark. I also granted Titans Bite to them. The current LP holds both Titans Bite and Seafoam. Is there any way to make him give Seafoam to his brother? Console commands, save editing, script txt files? I don't want to take it and then gift it, it'll show up in the artifact history. I also don't want to switch characters, it'll mess up the Chronicle. Thanks.
