Hello ! Just a question: I noticed as on other recent versions of the mod that it is impossible to change the surname of a family with a single coat of arms because otherwise the coat of arms is lost (white coat of arms etc). Is this normal? Or is it a bug that has not been fixed? It's very painful ... . I know a little the modding of the game, if I can correct this bug myself, can you tell me ? - I would also like to know how to make the event work: "cadet.2" and the others of the same kind? It does not work when I try to use it to create a new lineage.... - The very useful event to reveal the true father of a bastard (ID = 76107) for example still does not work, is this normal? If you tell me how to fix this I would like to do it for myself please ... I use a lot of the two events above.... Thank you ! PS : Harrenhal is not a ruin, it is shown as being restored in the tab

Are you landing the bastards? I believe you have to give them a title before you're able to create a cadet branch.

Firing an event through the console in a way it's not meant to be used and it not working as a result is not a bug.

You would need to create a decision to rename your own dynasty similar to Set House Words, so you can rename it without the COA changing at all, then block AI from taking decision. But if you're not playing ironman you can just edit dynasty names in saves.
The customizer will always make COAs default to white unless the custom house COAs are available to it, which would also make them available for randomly generated courtier dynasties so not gud.
As for the cadet dynasty event not firing correctly on console, it's written as a targeted decision so it most likely lacks parameters when console-fired, messing up the scopes, not showing the choice of cadet dynasty popup and not applying a change in dynasty to the correct character.

How can I create this about changing dynastie names while preventing AI from doing this? When I try to access the backup, I have the impression that it's encrypted, it's unreadable ... :/

White coat of arms generally represent a driver issue or something missing from your files.
