Ck2 3.0.1.1 Agot 1.9 Checksum PVZS
I want to report a recurring lag every beginning of the month. This lag appears in late game, i did not identify a particular manipulation that could have triggered it.
Every beginning of the month I freeze for ten seconds, i often see the mouse cursor turn into blue circle like when windows is going to search a file he cannot find.
It's systematic even in speed 1 i freeze and then the date is racing to catch up.
I disabled all the autosaves and the lag does not disappear.
Can someone help me?

It is common for CK2 in general to lag late game due to a large build up of characters, both dead and alive. Those moments in a month can mainly be due to new events being processed at that specific point for a large amount of characters. The time frame for it can be modified in the defines.lua file using these two options.
"EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET" and "COURTIER_EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET"
There should be comments to tell you what they do.
Other than that, it might be hard to pinpoint without giving a dev your save if it has nothing to do with CK2 mechanics.

I never had this problem with vanilla. Here is the save : www.dropbox.com/s/3ma0zvxhphibdrw/Test.ck2?dl=0It's a multiplayer game, i'am not the one who host the game, we are only 2 players and iam the one who make us lag... and when i test it solo, its the same shit.

when I take a character who has only one province and few people in his court, the lag persists, I always remain frozen 10-20 seconds on the 1st of the month.
It sounds like the save is corrupted, smothered.

Taking a character with a few people in their court won't change the particular lag I'm referring to. Your CPU speed determines how fast the game is when dealing with the event processing of every single character, not just yourself. So it isn't limited to your specific court, but rather the entire world you are playing in. To me, this mod runs slower than the main game, but my system isn't meant for gaming anyway. What are your system specifications?

Alright. Knowing it's a multiplayer game, you are not the one who hosts, and you are the only one that lags when playing both multi-player and single-player, it's safe to assume that most likely your system is holding you back after all. It can do this even if the main game appears to run fine, since a mod overhaul can be more demanding.
EDIT: I can't personally look at that save since I am on the latest version, so it won't load.

Instead of all of that jazz you could check the other bug reports to know its a known issue specifically with this mod that they haven't figured out how to solve. So its not a you issue, its a mod issue for everyone as the save file bloats in size over time.
