i can't seem to get the mod working. i can get into the game but as soon as its loads up after starting a campaign it crashes. I doubt its my PC since its a decent PC and only ever reaches around 33% CPU or Ram usage b4 crashing. I got a GTX 1070 and i7-8700, 16g Ram and 64bit operating system. I also tried the vanilla version of the game and it seems fine.
Like should i try the non steam version or is it something else
here are some of the error codes.

Then all I can say, as you suggested, is to try the non-steam version.

Running version 3.1 of CK2 with the most recent version of the mod. I don't have experience with running it on a mac. All I have are the install instructions included in the download for a mac:
Installation Instructions - Mac OS X ------------------------------------
1. Install Crusader Kings II. 2. Download and install the latest patch (Steam should do this automatically). 3. Download CK2-icefiremod-1.9.1.zip, unpack it and open the unpacked folder. 4. Copy and paste the "A Game of Thrones" folder and "A Game of Thrones.mod" file to your /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod/ folder. If this folder does not exist, create it manually. 5. Go back to your /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/ folder. Create a new folder here and name it "A Game of Thrones". 6. Run Crusader Kings II. 7. Click the checkbox next to "A Game of Thrones" under the "Select mods to play" menu. 8. Click "Play".
Did you follow that?

I have installed the non-stream version 1.91,however the mod doesn't work for me. The game works normally as vanilla. All I can say is to make sure you're running the right version of CK2, 3.1. If you're running 3.0.1.1, you want to install AGOT 1.9 instead. If you're running the right version of AGOT with the right version of CK2, I'd suggest a clean re-install (also deleting the A Game of Thrones folder in My Documents) of both CK2 and AGOT. If you're running on a mac, that's a different issue; one I can't help any further on. Here's what I do when I do a clean re-install.
1) Uninstall AGOT 2) Uninstall CK2 3) Delete the entire Crusader Kings 2 folder in My Documents 4) Re-install CK2 and then start it up without any mods to ensure the correct settings, graphics, etc are generated
5) Go back to My Documents and make sure there is a folder named mod in the Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II pathway 6) Re-install the correct version of AGOT for the version of CK2 I'm running 7) Start that version up without any other submods selected to ensure the correct settings, graphics, etc are generated.
Doing these steps, especially after a big update, has helped me encounter very little, if any, crashes that would otherwise occur from installation. I also forego the use of autosave in order to prevent any crashes that would potentially occur with its use as well.
Also, running with less than 4GB of RAM or using a 32-bit OS could cause issues as well. Since AGOT uses a lot of scripts and added code, it's highly recommended to be using a 64-bit OS with more than 4GB of RAM.
