The obvious ones I could think are the High Tower in Old town, Titan of Braavos, and Great Pyramid of Ghis, all of which have paradox made images and models rightly available and closely resemble those. In fact I think almost all the wonders from Wonders Made By Man could potentially directly utilize asserts in Great Works update with just some texts and stats modification. Depends on how 3.1 Great Works turn out, I think it is highly likely all of its new features can be implemented into AGOT 2.0.
I do hope the Wall can benefit a lot from Great Works, right now I don't usually feel its presence in gameplay other than a visual on the map.

I think they mentioned that there's a great library wonder which would be good for the citadel - although I do think restraint should be exercised in terms of wonders, most wonders have already been built long ago in asoiaf and the mechanic seems built around multigenerational construction projects, when even harrenhal and the dragonpit only took 20-30 years, not the hundred odd that wonders appear to, also whilst I think you're right the wall would work well as a wonder, it shouldn't have many improvements- maybe ice cells that mitigate winter and reduce prisoner escapes, but really there isn't much you could add to the wall that a. Isn't already there and b. Feels lore compliant

Maybe consider some "Magical aspect" with the wall. Perhaps similiar to the tv adaptation of Bloodraven's cave, with a protection spell that disintegrates wights/walkers upon entering/passing. Perhaps add some easy to implement features, like a "natural repel" effect for wights/walkers. Meaning, magical creatures have a natural behaviour not even want to enter/pass those structures wich is incorporated in their personality. They'd basically wont even want to think about crossing the wall.
Not until something would disband that magic..... Like a marked Bran passing trough that barrier. Or something similiar in the event Bran wouldn't make it back. The show kept it ambigious but has a hint that the magic disbanded when Bran passed the wall. We just didn't get a sound effect of sorts if that is what happend.... but the tv show isn't a game so....
Directly it might not add that much to the game, it could give room for expanding upon the feature though.

Nah Titan, Great Pyramid and several others can still make the cut if that's the case. Don't know if that feature is moddable though.

That will need some serious code to be able to do that, I am all for more magic staffs but it will require some innovative approaches I think.
