January 23rd 2019 5am PST(Or PDT.. wtf is it this time of year) If you downloaded v1.8 BEFORE then, delete and redownload. If you downloaded v1.9 AFTER then, it is fine to use.
Apparently the shattered/random world ornamental crap that I had pounded #### (*wink wink*) out was causing the crash when loading a save game. I THINK I have fixed the interface issue with non seven faith religions. IE: Rhllor, Trios, old gods, beyond wall, drowned gods. I didn't test for other ones lol. But those ones also have some neat new icon changes to differentiate from 7 believers.
You are assuming correctly. Only way to fix it would be to rework all the graphics to fit for 1440p. I actually wasn't even aware that CK2 went above 1080p :s
I wasn't either until I recently bit the bullet and upgraded to 1440p
Is there any possibility sometime down the line you could rework it for 1440p or even 4k? I really like your UI mod and I'd rather not go to a different UI mod since the other options aren't custom, but scaled up. Also, I took a look in the files and it seems max resolution support does go up to 3840x2160p (AKA 4K Resolution). Only problem past 1440p is UI Scaling is horrible although I believe @1440p the UI is pretty visible and not too small.
I'm not sure how time consuming it would be for you but I'd be able to help out in anyway to test it for you.

I'm not sure if I'd be able to keep things looking nice and shiny and make them larger unfortunately. Basically all the graphics were designed by somebody else a few years ago. I can use what exists to create things within reason but creating from scratch is beyond me and that's what would need to happen for a resolution expansion.
'A Game of Thrones' is a user modification for Crusader Kings II not affiliated in anyway with Paradox Interactive or the rights holders to 'Game of Thrones' and 'A Song of Ice and Fire'.
This modification and it's team takes no income or profit, whether it be through donations, advertisements or any other form of revenue.
