I can do this myself if all that's required is a merge. That's what it seems like? Just editing the x/y size/location values. Never worked on a GUI before, and I'm new to CK2 modding though. Think this is possible and that simple, Lancelot?
Unfortunately it's not that easy. The size has nothing to do with the image size itself but more where the multiple layers can go onto. To make the interface bigger would require editing and increasing the size of every graphic and then editing the position/sizes of everything to fit. It would basically be easier to start from scratch.

Updated to Version 1.7. Sorry it took so long! Haven't had much time because of work and Congenital Overhaul errors (grrr). The main screen has had a little bit of reorganization because of the reduced number of buttons in vanilla, and the new "single player" menu has been kinda created (It's working) but may change it in the future.

Updated to version 1.7.1
There actually was only like 3 very minor things that needed fixed to get this done. The Character Customizer button and the Republic Button were sliced in half. I am also going to give this link to a bug post I made that exists in vanilla. I provided a zip file with a fix for a vanilla AGOT issue in the 2nd post.
If you don't understand what I'm saying in that thread... Unpack that RAR file into /mod/A Game of Thrones/gfx/interface/ and overwrite the two files it asks to overwrite, that will fix the issue with the cut in half buttons on the era selection screen.
'A Game of Thrones' is a user modification for Crusader Kings II not affiliated in anyway with Paradox Interactive or the rights holders to 'Game of Thrones' and 'A Song of Ice and Fire'.
This modification and it's team takes no income or profit, whether it be through donations, advertisements or any other form of revenue.
