So i saw that their was a new update for AGOT on reddit so i deleted the old mod and installed the new update. I go to play Aegon's conquest and all of the dynastic sigils for each house are changed to some random photo. So i made a reddit post about it and some guy goes "Delete your Ck2 folder in documents, start the game in vanilla and reinstall the mods," So i do that and now the Game of Thrones mod is not even showing up in the mods menu in CK2, but it is in my documents

The guy on reddit told you to delete the graphics cache.
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\A Game of Thrones
That is the only folder you had to delete. If you deleted the entire "Crusader Kings II" folder, you've deleted everything including the mod files which is why it's not showing up anymore.

So how would i get it back to my mod showing up in the mod menus, and my dynastic sigils being correct?

Put the "A Game of Thrones" mod folder and the .MOD file into
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
Then launch CK2 and the mod will be selectable.
