It was a really cool mod and being able to send my sons off to fight in a sellsword company made some cool rp.

Not likely, unless blackninja gives someone the permission to update it
I recommend learning how to do it yourself, easiest way is for the files that are edited versions of AGoT files, to use a program to compare the last version compatible with More Decisions (I think it's 1.4.1) and More Decisions version of those files, then take the bits of code that were added and add them to the 1.7.1 versions of those files.
For the files added by More Decisions, I don't recall if those need updating or not.
