Sorry for the late answer lol, I've been busy with work and this mod.
As of now I am 3/4 finished with the provincial buildings, only have to add them to some parts of Essos and the Westerlands + Dorne and I'm also finished on adding the Iron Bank of Braavos for as an off-map faction.
As soon as I've done these I'll probably release an early version so i can get some feedback on it and potential bug reports. No ETA at the moment as I'm waiting for AGOT to update to the new version and I'm going on vacation in a month, though I'll try and get an early version out before that.
Please note, I haven't done much to Flamequeen's stuff. But I did make a sixth tier for castles and cities. Resulting in a fully done Harrenhal being as large and strong as it should be.
I did incorporate a fair bit of Flamequeen's stuff as well. But in general, I made the sixth tier of buildings not buildable by normal means. They're done specifically by hand pre-game and partly by event. Would love help in adding a decision, however.
how can assist you widowmaker? In my opinion, only the rulling family of every kingdom would be able to get permission to get the 6 tier castle.
That is basically how it works. Aside from the Harrenhal example. Which has a single tier six castle as its primary top castle holding. And tier five or four for the rest. At least when it's restored. However, you have to be Emperor tier title to be able to get that castle tier. Meaning that you have to be a ruling family... and independent in the post-conquest bookmarks.
When it comes to help, I'd like some aid in scripting how it works. I'm not amazing at event scripts, and those eat up the most time. As I can whip up a new building and localization in around an hour tops, giving time for thinking on balance.
This mod helps improve stability among the ruling families.
