Hey valaerix any chance you could continue working on Choo's dragon updates too? he seemed to have been cooking up some really amazing stuff and you seem skilled enough to continue his work. I could ask Choo about this! Agreed, maturing dragon portraits would be amazing.

New Portrait Overhaul + More Bloodlines (3.0) Com-patch Portrait Overhaul - Base (Jan 2024): www.mediafire.com/file/46nw5zztr0qultb/AGOT_Portrait_Overhaul_-_Base_-_Jan-31-24.zip/file
2024 Updated & Expanded Portrait Overhaul - BASE Submod.
User Note(s): • Re-updated: Monday, Jan, 31st (5pm -Pacific). • Will update character History/DNA for those who want to play the New "PO-Base" Vanilla (AKA without MB, which is currently where the character History/DNA changes are).
PO + More Bloodlines Com-patch (Sep 18th 2024): www.mediafire.com/file/dbyh4svsik896a2/AGOT_PO_%252B_MB.zip/file
User Note(s): • Re-updated: Wed, SEP, 18th • Run this in combination with "AGOT PO - Base" (listed above) & the "AGOT More Bloodlines Submod" (official 3.0 Submod). • This PO + MB version is currently only for MB 3.0 (sorry ).
New Updates (Spoilers) Including:
User Recommendations: • Lengi Men: Improved male mouths. • YiTish & Lengi: Fixed hair disappearing in command/battle (short-term fix, will add their unique military helmets). Thanks for the heads-up lonny2023!!!
New MB & Updated Cultures: • MB Minor Houses: All now have unique GFX portraits & features (Bolton, Blackwood, Dondarrion etc.). • Fixed Broken MB + PO portraits (Krakenmen etc).
• Qartheen-Lowborn: New GFX portraits (previously Sarnorian).
• Carcosian: New GFX Culture. • Mornish: New GFX Culture (Morn Mountains/Passes).
Updated GFX Portraits: • Westerosi Female Portraits: Improved necks & ears (often mispositioned). • Reachmen: More distinct. • Former Southron: Now a mix of Andal & Northman features (previously were just Andal).
• Urban-Braavosi & Andalosi: Improved feature positioning.
• Ghiscari: More variation. • Lhazareen: Distinct from Dothraki appearance.
• Hyrkoon: Fixed broken portraits + more variation. • Jogos Nhai: Now bald with pointy-cone-heads (Yay head-binding)!!! • N’ghai: More distinct • Grey Wastelanders: Siberian/Jurchen influence.
• Naathi: More distinct.
New GFX Portraits for Preexistent Cultures: • Free Cities: All now have unique GFX Portraits (save for Essarians, for now!). • Tolosi & Elyrian: More distinct (Post-Doom Ghiscari influence). • Norvoshi: New minor Axeman Culture (Axe peninsula).
• Albinos: Some ethnicities have small chance for Albino children (GRRM Cannon - I know RL humans with Albinism don't have red-eyes LOL).
• Summer-Islanders: 5 new GFX portraits & 7 new Cultures (Summer-Rhoynar on the "Isle of Women" etc.).
• Gogossosi: New portrait (previously Myrman; but, given the history, gave them a mix of Valyrian & Ghiscari features). • Summer-Sothoryos: New Mixed Pirate Culture.
• Dothraki: 2 New Dothraki GFX/Khalasars (Tribe/Clans).
• Ghiscari: New portrait distinct from Astapor, Meereen & Yunkai • Farosi, Moraqi, Vahari & Zabhadi: All now have unique portraits. • Manticore & Marahai: New GFX/Cultures.
More Mixed GFX/Cultures: • 50+ mixed GFX Cultures + more variable/logical mixed child events/outcomes. • Some Mixed GFX Cultures now exist on border provinces: YiShai (YiTish & Asshai mix), Bhorashi & Ghozai (Valyrian & Ghiscari mix).
Ancient Races: • Brindlemen: Was tired of their old portraits! Blame GRRM, previous portrait’s precedent (& possibly ‘Homo habilis’) for their… uhm, unique looks? • Giants: Semi-in progress; look more human compared to their book descriptions... let me know your thoughts! • Thousand Islanders: Have resurrected the Fish People (mixed Deep Ones?)! Albeit, temporarily no green skin, having issues converting to dds...
Character History: • Plenty o' updates!
Eastern Eggs: • Left some very small Easter Eggs & Teasers regarding ASOIAF history, lore & fan theories (((*cough 🍋*))) etc. MB Bugs: • Fixed a bunch of Bugs regarding character ID's, birthdays, family-trees etc, etc. User Note(s) & Bugs: Please let me know about any bugs you find (especially if they are distinct from the vanilla MB mod)! With your help, we can essentially BETA test (far quicker than me trying to play every culture etc lol) before releasing an official Submod - possibly with Choochoo. Appreciate it, thanks for being patient everyone!
User Note(s) Improvements & Ideas:
Love to Hear and Greatly Appreciate Your (The Players!) Ideas & Input on: • Character Cannon: how I can make characters reflect ASOIAF (features, traits, hair & eye colour, culture etc.). • Culture Cannon: how I can make X culture reflect ASOIAF better (names, features, hair & eye colours, culture etc.). • On anything else frankly!
For example, I shifted Tolosi and Elyrian clothing & features slightly towards Slaver's Bay Post-Doom (as we have Cannon history mentioning their orbit moving towards Meereen etc., & Hizdahr zo Loraq has kin & influence etc.). What are you thoughts on this?
Most Importantly, a Big Thanks to Choochoo, Mixed Cultures (lordaelroy), the MB Team & anyone else who has contributed their hard work for the amazing foundation to work with for this compatch to come to fruition! Hope you enjoy!

Hello thank you for the mod update. I recently finished a game and was wanting to start another today so this came at the right time.
Unfortunately I'm getting a strange bug where once in game, clicking on buttons to do actions doesnt seem to work, e.g: assigning someone a guardian - I click the child, who I want as the guardian and press accept (or c) and nothing happens; assigning a councilor - I click to assign a councilor and nothing happens; other actions like this strangely dont seem to work. The random event that assigns children fighter traits also fires but doesnt give the children the trait.
This bug is occurring with the following mods:
AGOT 2.2 More Bloodlines 3.0 PO Base (update from today) PO MB Patch (update from today)
When I have the base on its own without MB, its fine but when I add in MB and its patch this bug starts to happen.

I will try and replicate the bug & see what the issue is ASAP.

After experimenting again, the issue crops up for me when using just those 2 (3 with agot) mods on their own without MB 3.0 as well. Unless their was any special installation, I took the folder and .mod file from the non MAXOSX folder (I use windows) and just put the 2 of them in ck2 mods like other mods.

Should we use the old child gfx mod? Included the old " PO-Enhanced Child GFX" with the new PO-Base, so isn't necessary! Unless people want me to separate etc?

Update: I re-downloaded AGOT 2.2, MB 3.0 & utilized with PO-Base & PO+MB com-patch; unfortunately, haven't been able to re-create the bug you've described. Sounds like you are installing correctly... (unless its embedded in a sub-folder? I.e. in the ck2 > mod, when you click your mod, does it open up to the files or another single folder?). Most obvious issue would be a mod load order? I know it sucks (and maybe you've already tried), but sometimes redownloading them, uninstalling and even reinstalling CK2 has helped me in the past. Also try enabling them one at a time, with a load up to the main CK2 menu in between. Also make sure the .mod & folder have the same name too. If that doesn't work, could be some extraction issue with Windows? Other Possibilities: download is occurring in multiple files/incorrectly. Sometimes worth checking by downloading a mod off the steam workshop and see where it saves it at. Long shot, but also found some CK2 player discussions who had (similar-ish?) issues with submods & Windows 11... Anybody else having similar issues or have any solutions?

I am also experiencing a crash to desktop whenever I attempt to open the religion tab. The faces and updated DNA's all appear present, fortunately.

Will the new update work fine with the old compatch for Hfh and other mods like CO and CBBT?

First look --> CTD when I click on the religion tab. + Some characters have lost traits (ex. 'knighted by king', 'knighted by lord' etc.).
