Recently, I've been learning how to mod in ck2, particularly how to mod bloodlines.
But I'm stuck on how to have characters be the founders of particular bloodlines, without having them having to take decisions.
Because obviously, it wouldn't make sense for a Stark to have Cregans bloodline before the DoD actually happens.
So how do I mod it so that, for example, a Stark would have this bloodline if they play as Cregans descendants and not have it if they are his ancestors?

It would likely have to be done in the history files. I'd recommend checking out the Bloodline Modding Wiki and the More Bloodlines submod to get an idea.
