I'd like to do a run as Drogo, basically carrying out the plans he and Dany had before he died. I believe in-game he dies in the middle of the Tenth Moon 8298. I've tried starting in pretty much every month from Third Moon to Tenth moon of that year, and Drogo shows as married to Dany but she's never pregnant when I start. I've seen at least one Drogo playthrough on YouTube where Dany's pregnant at the start; any insight on which date I should pick?

It seems Dany's actual pregnancy isn't in the files, and Rhaego was just added to the 9th day of the 10th moon onward as a historical stillborn.
Two things you could do:
Start on the 8th day, and let their lives play out normally, getting Dany pregnant and such. Save-scum if necessary if you want their first kid to be a son, use the console to impregnate and have Dany give birth on the original Rhaego's birthday if you want. There's no specific event tied to a live Rhaego afaik, as he was never meant to survive, so it should play just as if he was the original.
OR, start on the 9th day, and edit the save file to "resurrect" original Rhaego.

OR, start on the 9th day, and edit the save file to "resurrect" original Rhaego. Huh I never thought about that. Always wanted to do a Drogo dies but Rhaego lives playthrough. There was also a mod once upon a time where Rhaego lives but I think it never worked for me. |
