Early Bookmark Compatibility patch More Bloodlines

Hi everyone, for many months I had been working on making a compatibility Patch for More Bloodlines and the earliest officials Bookmarks. Today I'm proud to announce that the first version of More Bloodline Early Bookmarks is done. The first version of the submod add the first Bookmark "Ghiscari Wars". When finished, this Patch will allow you to play all the Bookmark before the Doom, with all the houses and new bloodlines, new events and much more.
FEATURES :

- added all the first men canon houses.
- added new bloodlines
- redrawn Petty kingdoms borders
- remade all Westeros characters history

TO ADD :

- make all Bookmarks (Andal Invasion to Valyrian Freehold)
- add bloodline to Ghiscari King if he manage to beat Valyria (win ghiscari Wars)
- add new house to Rhoyne + Andalos
- add new houses to Valyria (CO maybe ?)
- add bloodline to Andals Invaders when they win (Andal Invasion Bookmark)
- FOT7 should not exist in Westeros
- add missing Bloodlines from Essos
- make Westeros Only compatibility (to play longer games)
- add new events
