So im doing a few custom house runs (House Trasher, with the sigil of a raccoon on a field of gold, im clever) and I am trying to get the dynamic CoA to work with my house (replaced House East in the cadet event, so the house already existed and I just changed the name and dynasty CoA, so its not a new house.) but I cant get it to work. It works if I go into my save and add "has_dynamic_coa=8300.3.1" but I would like to see if it can work without doing that every time I use my house. I followed a few guides and none of them work. The "title" of "c_trasher" in game shows up right, but the CoA of my county stays the default image, not my House sigil. Any tips on what I'm doing wrong? Did a clean reinstall of the base mod so I'm ready to roll with it. The option to have every head of house with a county have their dynamic CoA is on.
My submods are: AGOT Better Default Sigils, AGOT More Bloodlines, AGOT Targaryens Use Show Sigil, AGOT- Tino's Tiny Tweaks, (sometimes) Cipher's Courtier Mod (play as courtier)

See if you followed the following steps.
-Add the title TGA file to the flags folder. -Add the dummy title to dynamic_coa_titles.txt -Add the dynasty ID and dummy title to dynamic_coa_effects.txt -Add the dynasty ID to dynamic_coa_events.txt
AGOT More Bloodlines does use dynamic CoA so you might want to edit the said submod as well. I don't know whether AGOT Better Default Sigils uses dynamic CoA or not. Once it's done, delete dynamic_coa_initialised global flag from the save file.
