Smoking sea events. All of them at once

Good day to you, dear reader.

My modding knowledge is... lacking, to say the least, but I really want to make the Smoking Sea events to have the possibility to occur in my game and I don't know where to ask. Yes, all of them.

Does anyone have any ideas how do I do that? Or do I just un-# everything in evil_events and that would be it?
