I've been having a consistent problem that's been haunting me across dozens of playthroughs. When I start the game and it generates a family, everyone except my primary heir has a base value of 0 in every stat. That means that even with the best education and personality traits, they can rarely get their main stat above 10. Furthermore, this problem also affects AI families, meaning it's next to impossible to get a decent spouse at game start unless they're a canon character.
I've been able to consistently replicate this bug even after disabling submods. My checksum is what it should be. I even did a clean reinstall of the mod - the problem persists.
I'm at my wit's end. Looking around, I'm not the first to have this problem but no fix or workaround was ever found. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
