It just seems like there should be two Rhllors, effectively the same, but with tiny differences, just so there is the Eastern R'hllor Church and the Western R'hllor church.
Essosi R'hllor Church:
Concubines = 20
Dragon Taming Chance = Same
Head of Faith, same with each realm having their own Head Priest.
negative opinion for Western R'hllor block, but still intermarry
can form New Valyria
Eastern Azor Ahai
Slave Mechanics
Mend Schism mechanic
Westerosi R'hllor Church:
Concubine = 7
dragon taming chance = NONE or less than Eastern
same religion tree as Seven and Old Gods, so you can marry other families.
Head of Faith, preferably the same as the High Septon, but regular R'hllor Head, just Western, could work.
negative opinion for Eastern R'hllor block, but still intermarry
Can NOT form New Valyria
Western Azor Ahai
No slavery
Knight Mechanics
Name of priests maybe Red Septons?
Mend Schism mechanic
Maybe! Unified Rhllor Church (Just R'hllor, like in game,) Hidden from character creator(?), only available BEFORE R'hllor in Westros happens and Schism happens when R'hllor has multiple Westrosi Provinces(?), Schism would already happen in CoK bookmark,
Same as base game with a few exceptions
Opinion bonus for Westerosi faith of Seven and Old Gods to negate negative opinion
Intermarriage for Westerosi Gods (The Seven and OId Gods and R'hllor)
Vassalize Head of Faith decision?

I like this idea. It makes a lot of sense seeing as historically cultures have often shaped religions and vice versa. Just look at the plethora of Christian branches and sects. Seeing as Rhllorism has never really taken hold in Westeros until recently, it would make sense that it would undergo some changes to suit the cultural landscape of the continent more, therefore making it more appealing to Andals and Northmen alike. It would really make converting and marrying as a Westerosi Rhllor follower much more manageable. It's always a headache playing as Stannis and trying to get marriages and alliances that are actually useful to you. I would add a similar idea for the Ironborn, since Victarion has begun to revere Rhllor alongside the Drowned God.

Which will add R'hllor worship? But then again that feature is still bugged last time I used it, so perhaps
Cult of R'hllor (?) anyone, who is ironborn, friends with a red priest could form this cult. essentially treating R'hllor and the Drowned God as one of the same, but R'hllor is the Drowned God's name(?)
Access to Drowned God and Rhllor Mechanics
Perhaps the name of the priests could be the Red Drowned man, or the Burned man
intermarry with all R'hllor based faiths
huge negative opinion with base Drowned God.

A reformation that adds the worship of the Red God to the Drowned God religion could work. Or perhaps have it be a heresy? The two religions are so different from one another, it would be hard to incorporate this idea well into the game. Nonetheless, I at least hope your Western Rhllor idea makes it into a mod.

Very late reply but I like this idea.I’ll be borrowing it for a mod I’m working on btw but I wanted some more input.given game limitations the western rhilor will have to be a heresy for rhilor or fots not both.I’m leaning toward more rhilor given it’s an adaption of rhilor not faith of the seven only incorporating certain fots stuff to make it more appealing.
As to the iron born stuff I feel like that’s a bit much given the major religion is faith of the seven and that seems to be the focal religion in the books.
Anyhow nice idea for a rhilor heresy.

It's an interesting idea but I think it should take some time. I have no idea about modding but it should only become an option after quite some years after initial conversion in Westeros.
1st Generation: Initial converts, probably quite radical 2nd Generation: First generation to grow up with it 3rd Generation: Second generation to grow up with it and start to ask questions
Also an own head of religion makes less sense I believe. If Rhollor is incorporated into the Sevens worship and due to the fractured nature of Westeros I think Autocephaly makes more sense.
