I am currently playing as the empire of Asshai and border the Jogos Nhai playing on a shattered world and there is no colonization CB on any bordering nomad
yet when i play on a non shattered world the colonization CB is present and works as intended i am loving this mod and would really like to play on a shattered world without having half of Essos being just wasteland
