If anyone is interested I made a modified version of the Sinful Population mod as it seemed to have some issues, at least for me. I made the following changes: - Removed the levy size modifier increases based on population (it seemed to be buggy and prevented levies from regenerating to full capacity)
- Fixed and rebalanced the Raise and Dismiss Patrols intrigue option and prevented it from auto-firing. Also adjusted AI to only use it when they have money and when their province has revolt risk.
- Changed how initial populations are generated at the start of a game. Originally they were random, but now it is based on the number of baronies a province has.
- Changed how population increases and decreases. Specifically, I made population increase slower in the winter and decrease during epidemics and diseases. Also made population decrease while a province is occupied by an enemy to simulate civilian casualties.
- Various other balance changes, mainly regarding revolt risk chances.
This is my first time messing around with CK2 modding, so hopefully it works for you all!

Hi, I have found a bug in the dragon decision (dragon_decisions.txt), that cause the bestow dragon egg target decision to be missing.
By sorting through the bracket, you should see a missing bracket inside "tame_dragon_dec" at line 469, where the #Sinful Effects
OR = {
is missing a close bracket.
and at 1018, which separate targetted decision and decisions
