Will Valyrian's ever have magic like R'hllor?

A pre-doom Valyrian Wizard trait added into the official submods that predate the Doom (equiv of Red Priest) and then just copy/paste the events/decisions etc changing everything to work for the Valyrians, minus the no-marriage clause since we've no evidence Valyrian Wizards a) are required to abstain from marriage b) were part of the clergy.

I think it's about time pre-doom Valyrian's finally showed the R'hllor reprobates who the true masters of Fire and Blood are.
