I wanted to try playing "beyond the wall" as a wildling, but didn't know this much was going to happen. So I didn't take any screenshots at the beginning.
Anyway, I started as Yoren Heartwisper of Hardhome. I invited characters with high martial, stewardship and learning to give me more raiders, warriors and zealots, and then conquer the kingdom beyond the wall. 7903.11.11 Yoren was cro wned king. King Yoren were able to unite all wildlings and left his son Jeor King Beyond the wall when he died 7911.12.20.

King Jeor did what he could to gather more troops to attack the Wall, but it was his ambition to gain a valyrian sword that in the end made the difference. Not only did he return form Valyria with a valyrian sword, but also a dragon named Whiteclaw.

With Whiteclaw King Jeor attacked the Night's watch was and won. Jeor went on and conquered Dorne, the Stormlands, the Vale, the Reach, the Westerlands, the Trident and the North, and in 7944 he became King of the seven kingdoms as the first wildling on the throne.

I got an event that gave me 60 000 men because I won against the Night's watch, but i fired after all Kingdoms were conquered, so it didn't really help with attacking the other kingdoms. The army will however be helpful whenever my ruler don't have a dragon. So I have started to replace every duke with a wildling or a man of house Heartwisper.
