In the lore of ASOIAF, dragons hatch, occasionally, even if not belonging to a rider. Maybe add a option to hatch additional dragons, or for the eggs to hatch occasionally. That way some dragons can be larger in size when first ridden, or paired with a rider. Maybe also add a game rule to control dragon riders more, or a rule to allow only members of House Targaryen, instead of just the valyrian rule.

I agree with this completely and I'd love to see this implemented! It is so immersion breaking for me to see others that are not of the Targaryen family taming dragons, so to have a rule setting to allow only members of the Targaryen family to tame and hatch dragons would be amazing.

House Targaryen is an ancestral Valyrian house...Valyrians were historically the very first people to tame and use dragons, they forged an entire empire using them, the rule that you can change that is already in game should be sufficient enough lmao, especially when their are literally only two other Valyrian ancestral houses residing in all of Westeros who are both direct vassals of Dragonstone, Houses Velaryon and Celtigar, and members of House Velaryon were historically dragon riders. For the semi-Valyrians residing in Essos, well they are just that, their bonus to taming dragons is significantly lowered.

I know the lore and I am aware there were other dragon riding families besides the Targaryen's. In my personal preference though I would like to see a rule implemented that only Targaryen's can hatch and tame dragons. For those who still wish to use the Valyrian only rule, they can.

My real issue is when playing, random created valyrians end up claiming dragons. Some random septon that is western Valyrian or some such.
