Note: After trying 3 different AAR's I finally settled on this one! I was inspired to do this by an old AAR on the old forums called, 'The True King of Westeros' which followed Aegon the son of Aenys I and the dynasty down the line. I loved the AAR and wanted to try the scenario myself, and well I was surprised how bad and good it was, and how many events were similar to it. Hopefully down the line it becomes more unique, but for now I hope you enjoy!Prologue:
"You would have rebellion Aegon!?" Lord Daemon Velaryon said, knocking a wine glass over the map of Westeros that was held in Dragonstone's hall. "Yes I would Uncle, the traitor 'King' must die!" Aegon yelled, his anger radiating off of him. The rest of the Lords calmed down. "My Lord," Lord Edwell Celtigar stepped forward, unseathing his Valyrian Steel axe, "You have my support, along with the men of Claw Isle." Aegon nodded, he finally started to calm down, by the seven, he thought to himself, when did I become so spiteful. Aegon stood from his seat, he drew his sword, pointing it to King's Landing on the stone map in front of him. "Will you fight for me and take my rightful throne?" The Lords of Claw Isle and Sharp Point knelt, "Yes my liege." they said in unison. Lord Aegor Sunglass slowly knelt, his old bones giving him pain, "My sword, is yours my liege." Aegon smiled, before looking to his Uncle Daemon, "And you Uncle, will you let that usurper take what isn't his?" Lord Velaryon rolled his eyes, before drawing his sword, "I shall fight for you my Lord-" "No," Aegon said, "Your Grace,"

Chapter 1
Aegon had rallied the troops at dawn, and ordered his Maester to sent out ravens to all the Lord's and Ladies of the realm, declaring himself King Aegon, second of his name, rightful King of the Iron Throne. As Aegon prepared in the great ruins of Harrenhall, the response to his declaration was, lacking, he had expected the Lords to see him as their rightful King, but all of them were to preoccupied with the Faith's Rebellion, Aegon was alone. Seeing himself at a disadvantage, he ordered Lord Edwell Celtigar to muster a milita of peasants in his domains, to help increase the numbers of their 2k strong army. And Aegon sent word to his Lords, stating that any man with Valyrian blood my try and tame the wild dragons Meleys and Caraxes would be granted knighthood, and the chance to be given land after the war was won. As Aegon sent his army to the Claw, to win some early victories, he ordered all of the troops mustered in his domains to be sailed by Lord Velaryon's ships to meet with the main army. Finally a month after the ravens were sent for new dragon-riders, Aegon got good news, a lowborn named Maekar had tamed the dragon Meleys, while Daemon Velaryon tamed the young dragon Caraxes. The troops made camp as Ser Maekar flew to join up with Aegon and his sister-wife Rhaena, together they would out number Maegor's Dragons. "Aegon darling, come back to bed," Said Rhaena, lying on her side as Aegon sat at a make shift desk in their tent. "In a moment dear, I am looking over the battle plans." "Again?" Rhaena asked, getting up from the bed, making her way to her husband. "Relax darling, you have looked over them a hundred times, you need to save your strength." Aegon looked up from the papers into his wife's eyes, the same lilac of his own, she smiled, "Come to bed, I'm lonely," She said seductively, throwing off her robe. Aegon smiled, and put out the candle.

Chapter 2
As Aegon returned from the siege of another of the Claw's castles, Rhaena ran up to him, hugging him as he dismounted his dragon Quicksilver.
"Aegon I have great news!"
"What?" Aegon said laughing as he returned the hug.
"I am with child!" She said giving her husband a kiss. Aegon celebrated with his new found friend Ser Maekar, drinking away at the night, before Rhaena yelled at them to rest. "Your Grace!" The young Knight had burst into Aegon's tent, dawn was still someways off. "What the bloody hells do you want?" Aegon hissed, his head still buzzing. "Your Grace, the Black Dread has been spotted coming this way, and with an army." Aegon's heart dropped, he immediately got dressed and ordered a council meeting with everyone he had. He knew his uncle Maegor was coming for them, and Aegon had to protect his men, his wife, and his unborn child. "We heard already your Grace, our squires had told us as soon as they saw the shadow on the horizon. Luckily for us Maegor seems to have made camp for the day." Said Lord Daemon, he had arrived the day before with his ships and his dragon. "We should attack now then, while they are unprepared, we could take them all by surprise!" Proclaimed Ser Maekar, raising his sword. "Even if we do take down the enormous army, the Black Dread will turn our own army into ash, we should-" Lord Edwell was cut off as Aegon stood. "Enough!" He yelled, "I will not hear this," everyone calmed down, Rhaena approached her husband. "Calm down Aegon, tell them what you want, you are their King." She said in her calm voice, Aegon smiled and turned back the Lords. "This is what we shall do my lords, we shall make a stronghold out of one of the castles we have captured, when Maegor's host approaches, the troops will man the walls as me, Rhaena, Maekar and Daemon go and face Maegor with all of our dragons. And we will win the day, with Fire and Blood!" The Lords smiled, and all agreed to the plan made by their King, and Aegon's men set out for Dyre Den. Rhaena went into labour the night they had made it to the castle, Aegon paced for the entire night with his friend Maekar trying to calm him, "Aegon, relax, everything will be fine, she has done this before with little Aerea and Rhalla you need not worry" "Yes but what if-" "Everything will be fine-" One of the wet nurses burst out into the room "Your Grace, I'm so sorry." Aegon's heart sank. Though Aegon was sad, he had to stay strong, for both his men and his wife Rhaena who had become extremly depressed from the loss of their newborn. Aegon suggested she go back to Dragonstone to be with their twin daughters but Rhaena was determined to face Maegor. Later that day, as Aegon walked along the walls of the castle, he saw a shadow in the sky. He's here, Aegon thought, running to get his wife and friend. "He has fewer men then what our scouts said.' Declared Lord Daemon, readying his dragon Caraxes. "It's not them I am worried about, it's Maegor himself," said Aegon, hopping onto Quicksilver. "Are you all ready?" They all nodded, "Yes your Grace, let's go kill the bastard." Said Ser Maekar. as the four dragon-riders flew up into the air, Aegon saw Balerion the Black Dread rise up into the air, the enormous dragon screeched. The four dragons carried on with their path, as Balerion drifted closer. Then a war horn blew. Aegon looked back to the castle, and saw Lord Edwell was leading a charge of all the men out into the open to fight Maegor's army, the battle had begun.

Chapter 3
Maegor had met the four dragon-rider's above the ensuing battle below, Balerion's first target was Meleys. The red dragon tried to injury the giant beast, succeding in biting his face, but as he got too close, Balerion snapped the dragon in two. Ser Maekar's body falling through the air, and as Aegon watched his friend fall to his death, Balerion moved onto Dreamfyre. The dragon didn't stand a chance as it wasn't ready, the Black Dread ripped the creature apart, sending her and Rhaena too the ground. Aegon with all his fury dove for Balerion with Quicksilver, landing on the beasts back, biting and scratching, Lord Daemon and Caraxes go for Balerion's throat, but the great dragon was too quick, and ripped the wing off of the beast, sending the dragon down to the ground. Luckily as Caraxes distracted Balerion, Quicksilver tears an enormous wound into the Black Dread, but then Balerion threw them off, and blasted them with fire. As Aegon felt the burns on his body, he looked up in pain as Balerion's jaws closed in, Aegon whispers, "Gods save Aerea." Before making a meal for the dragon. As Balerion and Maegor returned to their camp, maimed and bleeding, the battle on the ground had been won, with Lord Edwell, and Lord Daemon, who had survived the crash with minor wounds, leading a great victory for their dead King. Rhaena was found later that day, mangled and bloody, she died later that night. As the council prepared to crown Aerea, the heir to Dragonstone as their new Queen, Visenya Targaryen arrived at Dragonstone on the back of Vhagar, asking for their surrender now that Aegon was dead. Lord Daemon refused, claiming she would have to burn Dragonstone to the ground before she would have a surrender. Visenya instead, would have them starve out, bring a large army to siege the fortress. A council was held that night.
"What would you have us do! You would be a traitor, handing my niece over!" Proclaimed Viserys Targaryen.
"All I am saying is that we have our own families to care about young Prince, and I will remind you I swore no oaths to this young queen." Said Lord Edwell with a cry.
Daemon slammed his fists on the table, "Silence! We shall do no traitorous acts, we will wait out this siege for as long as we can. Until the Lords of the realm realize that their true Queen needs them."
Alysanne Targaryen spoke up, "I will not sit here starving to death, we should face Visenya and Vhagar in battle.-"
"With what dragons Princess?" Asked Lord Daemon.
"I will do it with my own. Allow me this my Lords, I shall lift this siege within the day." Alysanne said proudly, as proudly as a nine year old could.
On the morrow the army flung something over the walls, with the small corpse of Silverwing and Princess Alysanne's bones. Though she had wounded Vhagar in combat, the old dragon was too much for Alysanne and Silverwing. "We are left with only one choice my Lords." Said Lord Daemon, "I shall take a small amount of men, and we shall sail to King's Landing and try to capture Maegor." This made Lord Edwell and Lord Aegor laughed, "Do you wish to die Lord Daemon?" Edwell asked gasping for breath. "I would rather die attempting to fight for my Queen then starve behind stone walls." He replied coldly, "Now I will be either back in a few days, or not at all."
The few days past, and no sign of Daemon, Lord Celtigar and Lord Sunglass were at their wits end, they had run out of options, dragonless and alone, they started reconsidering the surrender of Queen Aerea. Then Daemon arrived, with Maegor and his wife Hightower in chains.

Just thought I would add this, the dragon population at the end of Aegon's rebellion has gone from 8 to 2, all of them getting killed during the rebellion, and Balerion dying from the maiming. Leaving only Vhagar and Vermithor.
