Martial score is meaningless, that is a design decision in the AGOT mod. It's all about your fighting skill / personal combat score, and even with the very low random setting it's still possible for someone with 5 combat score to defeat someone with a score of 150 - it's just far less likely. One thing I did add in this mod is some checks for wounds: if you wear one of the helmets or a type of armour, you are less likely to get a wound on the bodypart protected by said armour.

Not sure if this is something you can fix but: When playing as Aegon in Aegon's Conquest and after conquering Essos and choosing the option to create a merchant republic, Aegon is supposed to be archon for life. However, elections are still held to elect the archon and I always lose it despite having a high amount of prestige, gold, and general positive opinion. Only Sub-Mod I use is this one, but happens without the mod too.

Added this: * Changed the 'two people married without permission' check so you can no longer disinherit anyone you are not actually related to, you can now again only do so for dynasty members and your own children. I am not 100% sure this is a bug, it may be intentional, but it was resulting in too many otherwise insignificant courtiers getting the disinherited trait. I believe this was always supposed to only fire for your own dynasty and children, since the only other choice the liege gets is a heavy prestige hit. Now for all courtiers who are not your kin you get the 'imprison or let it go' event instead.
I also previously forgot to document this change: * Make the Eight ambition is now more consistent. Sometimes Rhoynar matched Dornish and Crackclawmen or Hill Clansman matched Northmen, now it will always only match Dornish for Dornish and (true) Northman for Northman.

The Lysene-Myrman rebellion against New Valyria in 7996 has the wrong character participating on the Lyseni side, the pirate lord Vaelar of the Skulls. The file linked below uses the correct ruler of Lys: https://gist.github.com/tg90nor/a09605b7458ebbd46bb3b853e584e17f Feel free to include in your bugfix mod

It is not possible to assign your steward to improve a holding you own in a province you don't own. This is likely to happen in a merchant republic. Fixed job action is in the link below. Again, feel free to include in the bugfix mod.

That's normal, you're just unlucky in not getting rid of it. The rulership focus has a few events to get rid of it but there are more events.

The Theology and Carousing focuses are the ones that remove Stressed and Depressed. (Maybe some others too, not sure, but those two are the best.)

Oh yeah, true. The events that remove it again are part of NIE.
