I don't know what the red is, but I've seen it a fair amount of times. Being friends with a dragon is not enough to make you a Dragon Rider by itself - you also have to tame it. It seems to me that you are able to select that option, though unfortunately you failed this time. EDIT: You have the "demon_child" flag, which unfortunately does not help with dragon taming - that requires "demon_child_non_pagan" Can you give us a screenshot of the dragon?

With that character and that dragon you should succeed at taming it almost every time (with normal game rules and as long as there are no hidden negative factors that I can't see).
How many times did you try to tame it? And did you go forward a day before trying again (reloading a game and trying again on the same day will yield the same result) ?

And the game rule is easy taming.

That "red line" is a staff. Portrait overlay coming from the base game. Nothing to worry about, it's more or less randomly added to martial characters.

CK2 just updated to v3.3.0, any idea if v2.0 of the mod will still be compatible?

3.3.0, and it looks to be compatible. I did a quick diff and didn't notice any problems.
Seems to mainly have made the 64-bit version default and added Egyptian portraits, so nothing that would directly affect AGOT.

I hadn't noticed the new Egyptian portraits yet. But good to know it shouldn't affect AGOT, was just planning a new game.

Hey, I'm new to Crusader Kings and of course the whole modding community, but I've seen plenty of YouTubers play this mod. I've seen a few of them create a custom house, though I've never found a tutorial on how exactly to do this. Is there any way you could inform me of how to make it possible?

Welcome! The easiest way is to simply use the Ruler Designer DLC for CK2. It is somewhat limited when it comes to Coat of Arms and dynasty history (ancestors and such) but you can create your look, decide on your culture and religion, and give yourself traits and maybe even a randomly generated wife+kids. You can also join an existing House, like play the game as a long-lost sibling/cousin/(bastard) child of Ned Stark. You can't endlessly add traits (to prevent you from making an OP character right off the bat) but you could always add them later with console commands.

I'm not sure if any actually do, but any AGoT cultures that were set to use the specific vanilla Egyptian culture's assets should automatically get the new ones.
