I hope you will update it soon as now portraits have weird red circles near them. Using More Bloodlines Submod? it's not updated for 2.0 so it's probably be the cause of it.

I don't use more bloodlines but still got weird circles with portrait mod. Well then it could be this or any other submod that isn't updated for 2.0.

I've tried the mod using only this and the AGOT mod, and the weird red circles appears to me too. That's probably because the mod also replaces a "00_scripted_triggers.txt" file from the AGOT folder, that is clearly different in 2.0 and also replaces some files in the "history" folder.
I tried to remove those files from the mod and it's still working properly, but the red circles are always there. I suppose it needs to be fixed by the author or someone who can identify the bug.

I can confirm it happens even when just AGOT and the mod are used. Hope this mod is fixed soon, it's great.

I'm trying to make an hotfix waiting for the official update, but that circle seems to always appear, no matter what.

I've read that the mod needs fixing every portrait.gfx...

Good news: the hotfix is here. First of all, I'm not an expert modder, so I have tested it but I cannot completely exclude that it could mess up a game. First thing first: go to the mod folder, open the "common" folder and then the "scripted_triggers" folder. Replace the original "00_scripted_triggers.txt" with this version: www.dropbox.com/s/un3d46p9lv0o2u8/00_scripted_triggers.txt?dl=0. The new txt keeps al the updated scripted triggers from AGOT 2.0, except the Asshai masks ones, that have been replaced with the ones from the mod, otherwise the masks aren't enabled. I don't think there are other triggers included in this mod so this should be all. Or you can delete the "scripted_triggers" folder and wait the Melius official release. This way you won't see Asshai masks, but I'm almost sure that there won't be any compatibility issues. Second thing: delete the "history" folder, I'm not sure is still compatible with 2.0. Third thing, the hotfix: go to "interface" then "portraits" and open the "portrait_sprites.gfx" file. Find this code: spriteType = { name = "GFX_lover_overlay" texturefile = "gfx\\characters\\shared\\lover_overlay.dds" noOfFrames = 3 norefcount = yes can_be_lowres = yes } And replace it with: #spriteType = { # name = "GFX_lover_overlay" # texturefile = "gfx\\characters\\shared\\lover_overlay.dds" # noOfFrames = 3 # norefcount = yes # can_be_lowres = yes #} And the mod is good to go until the official updated version Just to be clear this submod is not mine, this is not an official patch of the submod and I'm not claiming any credit to it. It's just me sharing with the community a little adjustement to Melius mod until the author releases the real thing. And of course my thanks to Melius for the wonderful mod.

I'm not sure it's safe to delete all triggers and history.

I'm not sure it's safe to delete all triggers and history. This way the submod will be using the ones from the AGOT 2.0 version until the new ones for the submod are released (the submod doesn't use "replace_path", so it means that it uses the AGOT resources when not specified otherwise), I think it's safer this way. It should work anyway only with the red circle hotfix (step 3 of my post).

Hello all, so while I haven't touched the scripted effects at all, I did make sure to update all the characters to being up to date with the correct dna and stuff, if you feel like not wanting to wait, you can always grab the character changes here, while applying rhaenys hotfix, which I'm sure works. mega.nz/#!hgdAmADR!5WxAmRLhOhQazy5cWsf9B7xDiiqO1SG3uJ9yoCovbFA I hope you're fine with me having done this OP.

I've added the link to the updated "00_scripted_triggers.txt" for the mod hotfix. It's the AGOT 2.0 version updated to have Assahi characters wearing mask with this mod, otherwise they are shown without masks. The link it's in the hotfix post.

I'm assuming this is the hotfix not working as well as the original, but, try as I might, I cannot get Arianne or Oberyn to look anything like the mod page suggests they will look. Is this something that is lost in the hotfix transition? Or is there some hidden DLC that I need to buy in order for them to work? Doran works perfectly as far as I can tell, just the other Martells that are off.
If this is something that will be fixed in the official release then I am happy to wait, just want to make sure I'm not missing something dumb in the meantime.
