Would love to see a compatch with bloodlines sub mod, Ill likely make my own if nobody else does once I get some free time from work. I'm using it with More Bloodlines, don't see why two mods would affect each other as one just touches portraits while the other works on Bloodlines + minor features. only thing this mod would overwrite is More Bloodlines animal add-ons to portraits. Bats, Eagles, Crows etc. It modifies DNA strings which means the history files are incompatible |

Looks great! I'm always happy to see more portrait mods, the only reason I made mine was because there was a lack of working ones at the time.

Bug Report. For some strange reason you can't edit hair and facial hair for Ghiscari characters in the ruler designer. The gfx are there (if you swap to another ethnic group to change the numbers and then back to ghiscari hairstyles change), but not selectable in the designer while a ghiscari graphical culture is selected.

I think the mod makes the Grand Maester title on the council become court physician, a minor bug of course, but if you can fix it then great. This is a great portrait mod!

I wish i could figure out how to remove all the hair and beards from the mod cultures i can't stand norse italian french celtic and russian hairs and beards they all look awful.

Totally love this mod one of the best if not the best portrait mods for AGOT I've used ( I have 4500 hours of almost only AGOT ck2). It's just a shame I can't use it with the more bloodlines mod, because I just can't play with out that mod anymore and now everyone just seems ugly with out this face pack =(

The more I play with this the more I like it. I used to play with Tubbs mod before but the choices here make a lot more sense to me (no offense to Tubbs!).
Using slavic faces for the First Men-dominated regions fits very well and allows them to be visually distinct from Andals, the Dornish groups are both distinct from the other Westerosi and have enough variety within themselves while still looking like one culture. The High Valyrians are beautiful, the Dothraki have the lore-friendly features without using the Indian potato faces, and I appreciate the Free cities avoiding the (IMO) janky-looking new Italian faces.
My only idea for improvement would be perhaps to consider the "Slavic"/First Men graphics for the Iroborn as well. Not sure how good that would look like, but the Ironborn like the Northmen have managed to mostly preserve their cultural identity despite the intermarriage going on with the Andal migrants (a lot of which happened in the North also), so I think it could fit well to make them visually differ from the 'southrons'. If there was also a way to turn off the society clothing which causes a lot of the Ironborn to have the silly "fur and spear" vanilla pagan society look, that would be perfect.

A couple more bugs you should be aware of. Female First Men ears are messed up. Ibbenese females have mustaches for some odd reason. Great portraits mod, looking forward to the next version.  |
