Hey Guys!
I am actually alive and still doing this thing. Although I made some changes to it.
First I descided to only make it to 8'000 B.C so I can eventually put this into a submod, partly due to that and partly due to lazyness. It griefs me a ,little bit because I kinda wated to humble the in game Starks by making the Lannisters, Gardeners and Durrandpns having more prestige and being 2000 Years older but you cant have everything am I right.
I finished the Great Houses of the ancient Pre-Andal Kingdom of the Rock until 7'000 B.C so enjoy the Lannisters, Reynes, Westerlings, Baneforts and Brooms. Matrilinial Cadets (meaning that the founder of a lesser House married a Member of a Great House and thus would eventually gain the Great House's Bloodline as they decended directly from that House) are going to be added later as I want to finish the Royal Houses of the Riverlands first to give those Royal Lanisters suitable brides. The Independed Kingdoms in the Westerlands atm are:
The Kingdom of the Rock, includeing the High Lordships of Casterly Rock, Kayce, Castamere, Ashemark and the Crag
Royal House: House Lannister
Great Houses: Houses Reyne, Banefort, Westerling, Broom
Major Houses: undecided
The Kingdom of Fair Isle, including the Lordship of Fair Isle
Royal House: House Farman
Kingdom of the Golden Tooth, includig the High Lordship of the Golden Tooth
Royal House: House Foote
Kingdom of the Eastvalley, including the High Lordship of Hornvale and Silverhill, and the Lordships of Deep Den, Drox Castle and thr Lordship of House Jast
Royal House: House of Moreland
Kingdom of the Westplains, ingluding the High Lordship of the Goldroad, and the Lordship of Byford, especially just all the Flatland East of the Hills to the Blackwater Rush
Royal House: House Plumm
Kingdom of Crakehall, including the High Lordship of Crakehall and the Lordships of Cornfield and Greenfield
Royal House: House of Crakehall
Ok so Here are some things I plan to do, especially regarding the Westerlands and the Riverlands. So according the the Masters there were four River King dynasties that ruled the Riverlands, before the Andals came, yet when the Andals came it is said that the Riverlands were numerous Petty Kingdoms, so here is my Plan: I had House Fisher rule the Riverlands now for 200 Years since I left them (Fildren Fisher the fourth is the curent King I think) but the Mudds descend from the fisher Kings through the female Line, with their Founder, Tristifer I. Mudd of Oldstones, having married one of King Fildren I. "the Fisher" of the Rivers daughters, making their decendants direct heirs of the legendary Fisher founder.
So I'll let House Fisher rule for another 300 ish Years, but then the King dies, leaving no male Heirs to inherit, all of them having perished in battle or due to disease, Years before the Old Fisher King died. So as it would be in game, the most powerful Lord would be appointed as Lord Protector, to rule over the Land while a Heir needs to be descided, since in my Sub-Mod, First Men Women arent allowed to inherit under most sircumstances this will be tricky one. But unfortunately the Lord Protector who is chosen is ambitious Lord Bracken, who claims the Land East of the Gods Eye, and the future Lands of Riverrun and Raventree. He Claims the Kingdom for his own, marrying the 14 Yearold Daughter of the Fisher King to his Heir to sument the Bracken Claim on the Riverlands, who was at the time devided into three Kingdoms: The Kingdom of Oldstones, which claimed all the Lands North of the Red Fork and South of the Neck, the Kingdom of the Trident, who claims all Lands South of the Red Fork and West of the Gods Eye aswell as the Bay of Crabs, and the Kingdom of the Dusklands, claiming all the Lands North of the Mouth of the Blackwater Rush, and West of the Gods Eye. By usurping the Throne from far better claimants, such as the Muds and many lesser Houses who has the Fisher Bloodline in their Dynasty, King Bracken created devision among his Vasalls, aswell es exteriorforces with the powerful Mudds to the North being a constant threat in claiming the Throne and other Petty Kingdoms in the Vale and Westerlands, who had married Fisher Princesses in the Past now having a claim aswell. One of these Riverland Vassals of House Mudd was House Mooton, the Lords of the Bay of Crabs who quickly made themselves independed, rebeling against the Bracken usurpers, alone they wouldn't stand a chance against the power of Stone Hedge but with the aid of the Darklyn Kings of Duskendale they prevailed and the first Lord of Maidenpool ascended the Throne as King of Maidenpool. This would be the only major revolt the Brackens would endure during their Rule as Kings of the Trident, but noe the Riverlands were even more fractured, with four constantly waring Kingdoms. The Brackens would continue to rule the their Kingdom of the Trident for 300 Years and after a few Generations, with help of the Last Fisher Princess and their ruthless and though rule, they were a well established Royal House ofthe Trident, gaining the Dynastic Bloodline to claim the Riverlands henceforth (additional to Southstone and Stone Hedge (In general I want to include kore Bloodlines into my Submod with a dynasty getting a traditional claim after they regined for so and so long depending on which rank they are)). After 200 Years of Bracken rule, a broken Family appeared with the little they had at the Borders of the Bracken kingdom, they claim to be an ancient Family of the North by the name of Blackwood who were driven from their Lands by the Wolf Kings of Winter. The kind Bracken King who sat the Throne at Stone Hedge had a Heart and gave the Family Lands and Titles for their own, in return for their Fealty, placing them stratigically at a Weakpoint at the Border, between his Kingdom and the Kingdom of Oldstones, who's rulers, House Mudd had a Dynastic claim on his Kingdom, being direct decendants fro, the Fishers through the Female line. for another 100 Years, the Blackwoods and Brackens were close allies, having mutiple intermarriages between them but all changed around 7'200 B.C, around 300 Years after the fall of House Fisher and the rise of House Bracken. A Tyranical King sat the Stalion Throne at Stone Hedge and after he kidnaped raped and killed the two daughters of Lord Blackwood he rose in revolt and together, with his Westermen allies, the Lannisters of Casterly Rock, defeated the Stalion Kings of Stone Hedge, usurped their Throne and claimed the Kinfdom for his own, but he allowed the Mad Kings Infant Son to inherit his father's seat, but as a Lord, not a King. This poroved to be great mistake as the Dowager Queen and widow of the Mad King, who was a Darklyn by birth, would have none of that. As Regent, she declared a War for independance against the Blackwood usurpers and together, with her Brother's Army King Darklyn, aswell as Footes of the Golden Tooth, who had married her eldest Daughter, they prevailed against the Blackwoods and their Lannister allies. All the Lands under the High Lordship of Southstone, including the Lordships who would de-jure be under the High Lordship of Wayfarer's Rest and Harrenhall, became independed once more and the Dowager Queen crowned her Son as "the King of Southstone" the ancient Title his family had held before they had bowed to Fisher rule.
The Blackwoods continue to rule the Kingdom of the Riverlands for two centuries but their small domain would soon turn out to be a problem. With the Riverlands being more fractured than ever, having five different Kings, and the Blackwoods and their Lannister allies being weakend from wars with their rivals (the Blackwoods now only controlled the High Lordship of Raventree Hall, Riverrun and Pinkmaiden, as "Kings of the Rivers"), the Mudds chose to press their ancient Birthright as the heirs of Hiouse Fisher and claimed the Riverlands for their own. They prevailed, crushing the Blackwood Host with the Aid of the Stallion Kings, and this is How House Mudd became the fourth Riverman dynsty to rule the Riverlands. for a hundred Years the Blackwoods bowed under House Mudd as their most powerful Vasalls but in 6'900 B.C they once more rose up against their Overlords, claiming independence. With the Help of the Westplain and Eastvalley Kings of the Westerlands, they defeated the Mudd Kings who were aided by the Stalion Kings of House Bracken. But the Blackwoods managed to defeat the Mudd Kings and gained independce, stylizing themselves "the Kings of Raventree Hall". But thanks to their 200 Years Long rule, their ancient Bloodline did have a dynastic claim on the Riverlands whoch they tried to press from time to time. and so it continued for the better part of 1000 Years, until the Andals came and conquered each of the five Kingdoms one by one, even extinguishing House Mudd. which fractured their powerful Kingdom above the Redfork into it's High Lordships who all became independed Kingdoms. The Vances also took the High Lordship of Wayfarer's Rest and Harrenhal from the Stalion Kings and Riverrun from the Raven Kings and helped House Piper in claiming independece and styling themselves with the ancient Title of their ancestors through the Female Line "Kings of Acornsridge" which was previously held by Houe Grey. the Andal adventurerous of House Hook eventually would steal the Blackwater Rush and parts of the High Lordship of Harrenhal from Houses Darklyn, Piper and Vance.
The Riverlands were thus devied into eleven Petty Kingdoms all ving for power, until Benedict I. Justman defeated but one them and unified the Riverlands West of the God's Eye. (House Darklyn would eventually yield to Justman rule through a marriage alliance). And that's how I plan to do the Riverland History.
The Westerland History isn't that exiting. the Kingdoms continued to be like mentioned at the Top of the Page until a little before the Andal invasion when the Crakehalls were subdued by the Gardener Kings. After the Andal invasion, Cerion I. defeated the Three Kings to the East (Houses Moreland, Foote and Plumm), Lancel I. de-jure claimed theLands of House Mudd from House Gardener, even including Old Oak and Red Lake, but they were eventually reconquered by Highgarden. Then Tommen I. Lannister brought Fair Isle into the Realm and that's basically a unified Westerlands.
Before I finish this thread
I wanted to ask some of Guys if you would want to help me put all these characters into Code for the Submod, I just need like three Peopleish per Kigdom who could help me, because if I have to do this all on my own i'll never be done. Just write a reply of send me a private notification and I'll explain how the thing will work.
