Is Riverrun supposed to be as strong as it is? I thought Fire and Blood said that several of the Rivermen Lords are more powerful personally than the Tully's. Do you mean fort level wise or demense levies? if it is the fort level the actual castle of Riverrun is emphatically one of the strongest castles in Westeros, on a level with Casterly Rock and Winterfell in terms of how difficult besieging it would be. As for for personal power the levies of the duchy of riverrun are pretty level with the Brackens and Blackwoods, and Harrenhal the Mallisters are more powerful (Seaguard has 5 provinces to Riverrun's 4)

In terms of levy size. Riverrun is a hard castle to take, but the Tully's aren't supposed to have an army as strong as most of the other River lords.

It was such a small update that probably MOST things will work, but there likely will still need to be an update to fix a few things under the hood. If you want to play it safe and not break a save wait, otherwise go ahead.

Mod version 1.9.1 seems to work with CK2 3.1.1 nicely, the only issue is a game rule interface glitch
