Hey,
i have the same invisible faces, floating beard problem, everything is up to date the only submods i have are this one and the seed is strong with the patch. my agot is 1.6.1 the original game on 2.8.1, your mod on v1.7 and seed is strong v1.6.1 with the patch to make them compatible. i was wondering if there was any solution to this, i have all the dlcs as well.

Which cultures have invisible faces, because the problem is caused by not having the DLC portraits that culture relies on. Are you sure you have all the DLC purchased then and enabled in the game launcher?
The full list of DLC required is as follows: African Portraits, Celtic Portraits, Conclave Content Pack, Cuman Portraits, Iberian Portraits, Jade Dragon, Mediteranean Portraits, Mongol Face Pack, Monks and Mystics Content Pack, Norse Portraits, Persian Portraits, Rajas of India, Russian Portaits, South Indian Portraits, Sunset Invasion, The Reaper's Due Content Pack, Turkish Portraits.

Here are my Ramsay, Roose, Jon and Arya:     I tried to make them look as close as possible to the TV show actors. What's the DNA and properties for these characters? They look much better than the current versions! |

Suggestion for the Sarnori:
-make their children use the Persian children portraits
-change the noses from Indian to Persian or Sand Dornish, so they fit the faces better.
I know the noses were discussed before and are intentional, but they look really, really bad on the Sanddornish base face.

I don't know why, but the mod just doesn't work for me. It will not apply the portraits, even if I copy-paste the files into the AGOT main directory.

Do any of the portaits work? Do you have all of the portrait pack DLCs plus Monks and Mystics and Jade Dragon?
