I had a bit of free time, so had a look at the issues when using this with the latest version of AGOT. I've found a quick fix for at least the glaring issues. I don't have time to investigate to see if there any issues not fixed by this, so I won't upload a new version yet. But here are the instruction to fix the mod for now. Open up the main mod and go to: A Game of Thrones\interface\portraits\ Copy both "portrait_sprites.gfx" and "portraits.gfx". Open up this mod and go to: AGOT Better Faces\interface\portraits\ Paste the files and replace the existing ones and voila. Tubbs you lege, can also happily say it works like a charm, and haven't encountered any issues with any other submods! =)

Hello! Thank you very much for the fix! For some reason the headgear of the reachmen are still wrong in my game, I do not use other mods. Anyone is having the same issue or can help me how to fix it? Thanks!

Having the same problem as branco, Reachmen crowns aren't placed correctly and are off-centered to the left

Yeah the cause of that problem is with the AGOT mod itself, and since the fix to get this working is to take the portrait sprites file from AGOT, that'll do it.

In my game the faces of A few houses like the Mallisters, bracken, blackwood, hightower and boltons have the vanilla face models while everyone else is updated, any ideas why and/or how to fix?

In the quick tests on my end this didn't occur, are you using More Bloodlines by any chance? I believe those houses are added to the Strong Seed mechanic by More Bloodlines (or at least I think they were the last time I played the mod).
