Hey, I'm getting an issue where whenever I click on the ruler customization option the game crashes. It's definitely caused by this submod, which is one of my favorites, and one I very much like to use.
I'm on 3.1 btw, using the latest AGOT patch.

I've not encountered any issues with the latest version myself, have you tried deleting and reinstalling the mod?

I'm not working on the mod whatsoever right now, I've got a lot of work to do at the moment, but I'll try to remember to work on them when all my work is done.

Hello, i really like the hairstyles of the First men culture groupe, but when i am playing Andal i cant get those hairstyles so i am wondering if there is a way around this? ? It's simple to edit it. go into the mod/Interface/Portraits and open up any Andal portrait file you want to edit with Notepad++. (portraits_riverlander.gfx/portraits_westerman.gfx,etc) Next press CTRL + F and a mini-box window should open up, go into Replace tab, type "andal" in the first line without quotations and "firstman" in the second, next hit "Replace All". That's about it, though that's mass replacement, manually replacing them is easy enough and it's definetly more safe in the case that you won't overwrite anything else that's tagged as "Andal" in the file. but if you don't know what you're looking for/replacing then just do as above and it should be done. Beware though, doing this means all Rivermen for example will have Northmen/First men Hairstyles and Beards, it won't keep the Andal ones, but replace them. PS, if you'll mass Replace it, it means Andal females will also have Firstmen hairstyles.

Love the mod, but I do have a question.
Is Daenerys supposed to look like a bridge troll with this mod?

I haven't changed any of the dna files as that would require editing and including history files, which are a pain to update and would make it incompatible with a number of other mods. So that's just what Daenerys' dna looks like with a frankish portrait. I highly encourage people to use Portrait Builder (https://ck2.paradoxwikis.com/Portrait_Builder) to customize each character's dna to their liking.

Thanks for the explanation, tubbs - that makes complete sense. I thought there might be a lore reason for Daenerys to look that way, and that you'd pre-defined her looks to be that way in your mod.
I guess I misunderstood the full purpose of your mod and thought part of it was to specify the looks of the major characters, not just re-determine the rules which define the looks of each culture-type. Probably better to leave that to other sub-mods I suppose!

You can go to page 24 (I think) in this thread and there are a ton of main character portraits with their DNA and properties edited to be more appealing.

This is exactly what I've just done, using geo92's DNA and properties. Good suggestion, thanks.

IN my game the Yi Ti don't have faces. Any reason why this could be? They have the armour and such but its like headless horseman-isk.

Thanks nerovsi! think i will figure it out even tho i suck with editing the files. No problem and you'll get the hang of it, just gotta learn how to use Notepad++ really and it does all the work for you. and Notepad++ is as simple as it gets.
