Unsure. I looked at the traits themselves and the combat rating things aren't astronomically insane. the event file itself looks like everything has been edited properly. I didn't go over it with a fine tooth comb or anything... But I haven't updated my CK2, AGOT or CO. Am just going entirely off of what I see on the text documents.

Are you running any other submods, and do they edit the duel_engine_events file?
I just tested it with only my updated Congenital Overhaul and the main AGoT mod, dueled and beat a guy with -85 duel skill while at 250ish, and then won 3 separate melee tournaments.
The Blind trait does only have -30 combat rating which is too low but I couldn't duel anyone with the trait anyway for health reasons.

Okay my tests are inconclusive, I tried a combat rating of 100 and won some lost some against people I'd expect to win/lose against. I shot my rating up to 300 and nobody would duel me. So I dunno, I can't say.

I think I consider it updated. I didn't notice any issues in the test run I did.

Okay! I'm now officially considering the unofficial patch by stonewallace17 the official 1.7.1 version. Main post has been edited and all that jazz. So yup!  If anythings wrong, it's all stonewallaces fault! If there are any bugs please state. Note the last page I've heard about the dueling issue but I was unable to repeat and the file is using the 1.7.1 file as a base. |

After i downloaded the mod all of the county coa are all mixed around and the Arryn dynamic coa turns into house Corbray's

CO adds a flag which means that the flagfiles_0 flagfiles_1 flagfiles_2 in that file have 1 missing file which causes each flag to be 1 >>> over from where it should actually be.

I deleted it and it didn't change anything and i checked the flag folder was there again
