Rhyos and Melior March arent provinces, even they have color. Also Ublesia is non-province. They’re not meant to be provinces Why are they are on the map then? In Default AGOT mod, the provinces only exist on the map in the official pre-doom sub-mods and aren't even drawn on it starting in Century of Blood. I only experience blacked out provinces or non-colonizable colored provinces that aren't ruins in North Valyria with MBS installed. It breaks up the map disgustingly just like his picture shows and is impossible to colonize North Valyria without contiguously because of missing provinces that exist on the map but shouldn't.

Because erbkaiser redrew the provinces slighty so that mbs and colonise valyria were more more easily compatible and added the provinces on the map since they were in defines anyway, there is 0 issue with the current set up the reason certain provinces are coloured despite being uncolonisable is because CKII does that for if you surround a certain percentage of a desolate province, don't believe me? Look at the desolate provinces of Krazaaj and Gunur in the Bone Mountains which are also coloured despite being not held by any character because they are likewise surrounded. Also it doesn't "break up the map disgustingly" - it's Valyria, the westerosi version of Chernobyl, to be clear I didn't do those map tweaks but I have no issue with what erb did, so I'd be grateful if you could not be needlessly rude. Also having the provinces entirely contiguous is basically unnecessary - you can form the HL from just 2 of them

I saw that you've got the graphics for a lot more of the quartered COAs done in the gfx folder so I'm trying my hand at coding all of them into the mod. Holy crap there's a lot to do. Finished the events, the dynamic_coa_titles and dynamic_coa_events files. Getting burned out at the decisions file. Worst case scenario, this was just a good way to kill some time at work, but if you still haven't done them yourself I could send you the files I edited. Send it over i'll take a look

Mmmmm so maaaaaybe - it fits as an idea, as the iron isles reform did that the stepstones are super hard to conquer because the isles are not particularly strong but you have to conquer each one individually, the difficulty is name proposals and potential history entries - if you have any thoughts it would make everything a bit easier

They aren't in 00_artifacts_MBS apparently, cuz I wanted to try fixing that name bug where some artifacts are named red_lance ingame instead of Red Lance for example and I cant see the new swords or any of the new stuff at all.

They aren't in the localisation file because they are artifacts yet, when they are artifacts they'll have a localisation and a way to obtain them other than the console

A couple female bloodlines (which I know was discussed earlier) I might find of interest are Daena and Elaena. In the Case of Daena in the base game they'd die off quick - this is a plus as it reduces clogging of bloodlines in later dates. In the Case of Elaena it would continue to live on, but not within the Targaryen bloodline but the Penrose bloodline instead (unless it was also set to bastards on which would pass it to Jeyne, not a huge deal). Both women were actually rather important, Elaena in particular basically was a member of the small council, with her husband sitting in her place due to the sexist nature of feudal politics.
In short, both women were pretty iconic from a lore perspective and don't result in bloodline overflow in a gameplay sense.

Ah, I see. I've never used Colonize Valyria so it just looked like a weird map glitch to me. I apologize for sounding rude as it wasn't my intention. It was utterly confusing trying to figure why this never happened before and I'd never really seen those provinces. I'm so used to seeing Howling Bogs be a huge ruin to colonize and really threw me for a loop when all of a sudden, I saw a new black province and couldn't figure out where it came from. I'd previously tried to add it in as a ruin and properly under the duchy by doing some copy/paste from other files and failed and guess I was just annoyed it was the only province I couldn't colonize but I tried again and fixed it just now.
Thank you for all your hard work! I love the mod and super appreciate all your hard work.
