It makes it agnatic cognatic but not absolute cognatic as far as I'm aware which is my issue, the bloodline as patrilineal is fine I suppose considering the mechanics, fair enough, but I don't know if going agnatic cognatic is how she'd necessarily run things unless forced to by outside political forces. Absolute cognatic fits my head canon much more closely, although given the speed at which George RR Martin writes I wont know if I'm right for at least another decade, if ever. ' Anyway, on an unrelated note I got an idea for another couple bloodlines.
Bellegere "The Black Pearl" - +5 bastard +5 legit bastard/+10 pirate/+10 sex appeal
Horonno I "Triarch for Life" - +Prestige/-5 Essosi Valyrian/+2 Stewardship (My logic for this is as much as they hated him at the end you can't help be somewhat impressed by somebody being able to accrue so much power within a republic, sort of like some of the Romans who overstepped their power in the republic and got killed for it but were still respected by later Roman historians).

I really like the black pearl idea - it has got me thinking that since most of the braavosi courtesans are hereditary and we have a good list of them to implement a bloodlines for each

Hello, Thought I would make a suggestion with regards to the Tully and Tyrell Blodlines in that they get the dynastic claim to empires of riverlands and reach in addition to the kingdoms and lower levels, I suggest they not get those in addition to the kingdom tiers as they have only ruled under the Targaryens not independently as kings, though I am not sure if that is possible to have with the way that whole dynstic claims is set up. Anyways thanks for considering!

Perhaps a dragon rider bloodline for non-Valyrian characters? Being the first one of your dynasty to tame and ride a dragon seems worthy of a bloodline to me, and your descendants should benefit from decent dragon hatching/timing chance as well.
