This would add a canal between the Blue Fork and Ironman's Bay that goes under Oldstones. Lore: Some Ironborn guy in the days of Harren the Black started digging a canal for TOTAL NAVAL SUPREMACY. Whether there's an Ironborn or Seagard house maintaining ownership of the canal is something I'll leave to the modder's discretion.
Is there someone here who could mod the map and the trade routes to where the Blue Canal could be a thing?

Right where the portage (the blue dots) is, you mean? Attachment DeletedIt's very possible to create it, but I personally don't see a need for it as such since -- assuming the fort guarding the river isn't too high level -- Ironmen etc. can already pass from the bay to the river there. And a canal (river) there would be blocked by a high level fort just like the portage+river is.

Navies can already move through Seagard in those dashes?

Yes, that's what a portage means. In game terms it's the opposite of a strait (a part of that sea where armies can walk over).
As long as the provinces that border the Blue Fork don't have too high level forts, any culture that can sail on rivers can take a ship from Ironman's Bay to the river and vice versa.
