updated for 1.7 the mod allows you to train your daughters, appoint female Councillors. commanders and raise them to nobility. you just have to add the cognatic trait i made via the console(add_trait cognatic) or ruler designer to your character. make sure you don't have another mod overwriting the scripted triggers file, training_des file or targeted_decision file. www.mediafire.com/file/tkt4i34md3k583x/cognatic_mod.rar/file

Awesome is there anyway you could do a version if its not to hard that just allows to to make them nobility and train your daughters without the rest. I also have a quick question can u only do these things if you have the trait you added on your character Im a little confused or do you need to put on the females you want to make nobility, train, etc..or is that trait unrelated to being able to do those things.

You need to add the trait to your character. If you don't want to be able to appoint female councillors just remove/delete the scripted_triggers file.

Hi I think I missed something.
I used this mod, but I still can't appoint female councillors or does it only work for family members?

It's supposed to work for all female court members and female vassals. Did you add the trait? Or have another submod that overwrites the the scripted triggers file?

Hi, I don't have any mods that adjust the scripted trigger. I find that if I have the cognatic structure though, that then I can grant the landed titles to females. But as for appointing councilors, I think they have to have additional requirements. I can train my female family members though.

You just have to be their liege and have the trait. the mod is supposed to have a scripted trigger file in the common map. maybe try deleting and a fresh download or a new game?

just want to apologize. I did have a mod that edited the scripted triggers. the congenital overhaul mod. didn't pay attention. That's my fault. But I went through and added the cognatic trait at the right points the the congenital files, and it works like a charm now.

I tried doing it ended up breaking the CO mod.

I tried doing it ended up breaking the CO mod. Open the scripted triggers file from the cognatic mod, search for "cognatic" in that. word only. then, make a note of the position, so say it might show up under sumn like, "attraction modifier" or whatever. just go to the cognatic overhaul file now, and add the cognatic under the same position. under the string of traits. so like this: ##ATTRACTIVENESS## has_attractive_trait_trigger = { OR = { trait = fair trait = fair_1 trait = fair_2 trait = melodious_voice trait = melodious_voice_1 trait = melodious_voice_2 trait = just trait = brave trait = gregarious trait = seducer trait = seductress trait = robust trait = agile trait = agile_1 trait = agile_2 trait = strong trait = strong_1 trait = strong_2 trait = socializer trait = fashionable trait = cognatic
} } but pay close attention to the brackets, if you don't set them properly, I THINK that affects it. So, just be careful there.

Bear in mind, take a look at all the files in the cognatic mod folder, if there's anything the congenital overhaul mod has as well. The congenital mod supersedes the cognatic mod. So you'll have to edit every file. Honestly, it took about, 10 minutes, so not too bad.
