I reformed the Valyrian religion without the Slaver doctrine (did not choose Anti-Slavery doctrine) and I am no longer able to slave raid. It may not have been the reformation but just looking for confirmation that not choosing Slavery doctrine locks you out. Slavery is legal in my kingdom and I was able to slave raid in the past. Any help?

Any help? If you are able to loot (via choices made during Reformation) then you cannot slave raid. The two are mutually exclusive, I assume for balance reasons. Looters can randomly acquire slave camp levels from seiging down provinces.

Start the game again, loot everything in your sight, declare independence, hire a lot of mercenaries. If you suceed, declare war on anyone weak enough for you to take it easily, than get rid of the lands that are de jure of the Iron Throne. Start looting again, ?, profit.
