So if you've got all the portrait pack DLCs, M&M and JD, purchased and enabled in the launcher and it still does this I'm not really sure what's causing it. All I can suggest is deleting the submod and then re-downloading it.

Some of the faces are missing, I have all the Portrait DLCs on. Anyone know what's going on? Which DLCs are specifically required for Better Faces to work?

Which cultures?
Using any other mods that affect portraits (such as Congenital Overhaul or Better Garbs)?

Stormlanders and some Valyrians. I have Congenital Overhaul 1.6 on currently, just checked the required DLCs and saw that I didn't have a couple on, so I'm gonna try it again, see if there's still any missing faces.

CO and this mod conflict with eachother.
Stormlanders use English faces.
Valyrians by default use Ugric faces / English faces with the alternative version.
You need the Monks and Mystics DLC for English, and the Conclave Content Pack for Ugric.

CO and this mod? Since they change some of the same portrait definitions you're either getting vanilla faces or missing out on the new Congenital Overhaul crowns, depending on which mod loads last (usually this one so the crowns won't work).

Easy & Quick compat patch: AGOT COBF.7z (48.94 KB) Extract in the mod folder, then enable all three mods (Better Faces, CO, compat patch). Should give you all of BF with the CO crowns (and a fix for the fugly Sarnori noses since I hate those). |

Not the faces, the hair and beards. I did say it was quickly done.
Anyway, fixed now. Had to delete some extra references.

I have a suggestion for you Tubbs.
It would be better if you could look into texture replacements. I've spoken with a lot of people who tried your mod and a lot of them feel like some faces are all messed up and innacurate. Renly has a weird beard for example, when in the original portraits he doesn't.
