Does this submod exist? I know a mod for vanilla does, but I'm wondering if one does for AGOT.

I know that vanilla has a trait cap, for sure. If you have more than 5 personality traits in vanilla events pop up to remove them. I'm not sure about AGOT though, maybe they removed the cap.

I'm not sure about AGOT though, maybe they removed the cap. i made a really genius character who is now the Archmaester of the Citadel, he has Erudite and a lot of other Learning Personality traits, and it is still there, the only thing that happens sometimes is i lose my initial education trait because i got way better in something else (example, i was a master steward, but as i focused on learning, it changed to the first level of learning education, and i had to train to get better at it)

They definitely had that in past versions but in the version before this last one I noticed that I was hanging onto many traits for a very long time. They might have toned down the frequency of events that remove traits. I don't know about the current version of the mod though.
