in the dynasty file add the tag divine_blood=yes to the dynasty

I had a look and noticed that there is also an is_divine_blood_dynasty_trigger in the 00_scripted_triggers.txt file that does not check for the dynasty flag, but is used frequently throughout the files, so you want to add the dynasty there as well.
